Chapter Two: Being Captured.

Chapter 2: Being captured.

                My head really hurts. I want to open my eyes but the lights are burning it so I shielded it with both of my hands. When my eyes are now adjusted with the light I slowly opened my eyes then I realized that this is not my room and finally, after how many minutes I remembered what happened last night. I stood up from the bed where I slept in but the world is still spinning so I fell to the ground I rubbed my head with my left hand. I wanted to rub my head with both of my hands only to find out that my right hand has chains.

                “What the?!” I groaned as I tugged it.

                “I need to use it, you’re a little bit aggressive,” a deep voice said. I turned around and saw the Captain sitting in a chair across the bed watching me.

                “Take it off!” I growled while tugging it hard.

                “No,” he said sternly still watching me. I really hate this guy. I stood up but I can’t take the spinning surroundings before I fall down arms caught me and now I’m leaning on him. “Don’t tug it you’ll bruise yourself,” he whispered as he rubbed my now bruised hand.

                “Get away from me!” I said pushing him away from me and letting myself fall on the ground.

                “Here drink this water it will help you ease your dizziness,” he said as he offered me a glass of water. I raised an eyebrow at him. “I didn’t drug it,” he chuckled.

                 I am hesitating whether to believe him or not but take I it anyway. After drinking it I can feel that my dizziness is now slowly gone. “Where am I?” I asked still glaring at him.

                “In my cabin at my ship,” he answered.

                “What am I doing in here? Let this stupid chains go! Where are Conrad and Paula? I am going to kill you if you hurt them!” I yelled angrily at him.

                “Relax I didn’t hurt them they are in Talith safe and sound,” he said.

                “In Talith?” I looked outside the window that was just near me and saw that we are on the sea, sailing. “We’re on the sea?!” I gasped.

                “Yeah, if you are thinking of escaping better forget it because we are sailing a day and a half as you were sleeping so we are so far away from Talith,” he smirked, “Don’t worry I did let go of your friends as I promised,” he adds.

                “You fucking idiot!” I gritted as I took my dagger that was kept at my back and cut the chains on my hand. I pushed him hard and he fell to the ground and took this chance to escape. I ran towards the door and saw many pirates that were startled of my sudden appearance. They stopped from what they are doing and stared at me. I really hate people staring at me especially if they are staring at me because of my hair. I ran through them since they are still awestruck at my hair but when he came and shouted, “Get her you idiots!” everyone ran and tried to catch me. Since I’m fast and small I always outrun them but I was trapped in the corner of the ship.

                “You have nowhere to go, just give up already,” said Bob who was now in front of me with the Captain.

                I looked at the sea then turned back to them. “No way!” I shouted then plunged at the water. As the water hit me I swam away from the ship, good thing I’m a good swimmer and I can hold my breath longer so I can swim back to Talith. But my hope suddenly swam away from me when someone grabbed me from behind and tugged me to the surface of the sea. I tried to get away from his grasps but he is strong. When we reached the top someone helped us to get to the ship and once again I am back again to this stupid ship.
