I woke up by the sunlight coming through my window i grabbed my phone and saw a message from a few of my old friends too

MESSAGES

Allie:Dont forget about us bella

Mitch: hey watcha doin

Maggie: nice house bell text me back i have so much to tell you

Ethan: its so boring without you here bells text me when you can

i smiled at them and walked into the bathroom and i saw kaden about to brush  his teeth he looked at me and looked back into the mirror

I cleared my throat and grabbed my tooth brush i turned my sink water on and applied crest 3d white along to my brush i started brushing my teeth and he looked at me i looked at him and he turned his head i spit into the sink and then he did...it felt like we were racing we both even start spitting at the same time.....he started laughing and then washed out his mouth with a cup of water and i smiled, he bumped me and walked into his room.

~maybe he isn't so bad after all~

I walked downstairs and saw my mom and alex sipping coffee in the living room

alex:hi...how'd you sleep

alex:well me and your mom are going out for the weekend to Hawaii so you and kaden will have the house all to your self kid

~oh..no~

"Hawaii"

mom:yea...itll be fun

"mhm"

a whole weekend with kaden wow...just the thing i need huh

mom:were gonna get packing now alex why don't you give me and uhm bella time to talk

~wait...what~

I looked down, I was confused it had been months...she wants to talk with me.Apart of me was excited but the other half was disappointed it had been so long

I looked at her and i walked into the kitchen and i saw her move from the couch

alex:alright dear

he says after kissing her on the cheek

i grabbed a cup and got orange juice from the fridge and when i closed it she was standing there

Mom:hi....

"uh hi" i say as i grab a box of cinnamon toast crunch cereal and a bowl

mom: we should talk about last night

"why"

i say as i put all of it on the table and started pouring the cereal

Mom:okay can u just stop!.....please

i looked at her and stood there

mom:i am so sorry Isabella about how ive been acting towards you after your father died-

i cut her off

"no....don't even mention dad in this conversation he has nothing to do with how you've been acting i had to go through life barely even talking to my own mother because she didn't feel like looking at me, talking to me as if i didn't even existed"
