KADEN POV

I walked into the kitchen and i saw angela getting ready to cook

"what are you making"

she jumped when she heard me and almsot dropped the pan

i started to laugh

Angela:you scared me kaden

she said with a smile

"im sorry"

i washed my glass out and put it in the cupboard

i saw her searching for something in the fridge

Angela:now where did i place the butter

i grabbed it for her and handed it to her

Angela:thank you kaden

i watched as she grabbed the eggs as well

i wasn't used to having a mom around, my dad was always lonely...and he was mostly at work, so i never had the whole "mother's feel" kind of enviornment.By Angela being here for some reason she makes it feel like a complete home.

Angela:Can you grab the milk for me

i grabbed it and handed it to her

but it was still a bit awkward for me to have a woman around, i decided to leave...as i was walking out the door, angela called my name

Angela:kaden

i turned around

"yes"

Angela:would you mind helping me make brownies

she said with a warm smile

i smiled back and nodded

she handed me a spoon

Angela:start mixing

she turned on the radio and started dancing

i laughed at her

we made several brownies, even some was burnt but it was fun

we danced and laughed the entire time...she even told me stories about her life in puerto rico

we grabbed the whip cream while the brownies were hot to make it melt together

i put some on my finger

"hey angela"

Angela:ye-

as she turned around i put the whip cream on her face
