The sound of thunder coursed through the room. Clarence strung away in a startle. Her breaths staggered as she looked thought of her dream.

"You may have lost your niece, but I lost my best friend. I lost my wife. I lost everything!" She saw Justin, but he wasn't the same. His hair was a tangled mess, his eyes were darker, and his hands held cigarettes. She tried to reach him, to touch him, to comfort him, but she couldn't. She was always one hand out of reach.

She tried to push her blankets off of her, yet they were tangled with her legs. She felt trapped just like in the dream.

"Justin, look at me! I am right here!" She tried to call, yet no sound would come out. She wanted to comfort her aunt who had tears in her eyes. She wanted to hug her, and say I'm still here. It was as if she was trapped.

When she finally pushed all the blankets off of her, she took a deep breath in. She hesitantly reached for her phone. It was almost 2 am, and she doubted that Justin would be up still. She heard her phone play the dialing music as she waited. She prayed he would answer.

"A few weeks of hell. My life has been nothing but hell! I lost the one thing-"

"Clare?" A groggy voice answered. Clarence smiled slightly as she heard his voice until she started to panic. What was Clarence going to tell him? That she was scared of a dream, and needed to hear his voice.

"Um, hey Justin!" Clarence smiled awkwardly as her words came out even though he couldn't see her.

"Its 2am on a Tuesday, Clare. You can't even stay awake past 8 on Saturday, what's wrong?" Justin's voice was rough as she heard him shuffle. She smiled as she thought of him. He was probably sitting in his bed trying to find the sheets he always kicks on the floor, yet he is always able to leave the blanket on perfectly.

"I just remember something! And I needed to tell you!" Clarence added an awkward laugh trying to be nonchalant.

"Then what is it, babe?" Justin yawned as he ran a hand through his hair.

"A-a tutor thing! I am the tutor after all!" Clarence face reddened as she heard the nickname she had earned after watching one of those terrifying shark movies.

Clarence gripped Justin tighter as another shark appeared on the screen. She hid her head behind Justin's shoulder as he shook his head.

"This is not that bad, babe." He looked at her with an amused expression.

"B-Babe?" Her eyes widened in shock.

"I think it suits you." He smiled at her.

"That couldn't wait?" He tried to hide another yawn.

"Well, as your tutor, I take my job very seriously, and I want to make sure you get the best grades ever. Such a silly thing like time should not-"

"I love you, Clare." Justin said as he laughed, "So, what is this important thing you wanted to tell me?"

"I, um, wanted to talk to you about... Justin, I love you too." Clarence sighed in defeat, "I had a bad dream."

"Do you want to talk about it?" Justin asked as he laid back down with his phone to his ear.

"I died, and you were upset." Clarence played with the hem of her nightshirt.

"Obviously." Clarence could picture him rolling his eyes perfectly.

"It was in the future. We were married, and I was sick. You were smoking, and looked awful." Clarence whispered as she thought of the dream.

"Hey, I could never look awful." Justin chimed in lightly.

"You couldn't see me. It was like I was there, yet I wasn't. There was also a blonde girl." Clarence whispered the end of her sentence.

"What?" Justin asked.

"When you finally were able to see me, I knocked on your door. A blonde girl showed up in your shirt, and said you were sleeping. Then the thunder woke me up."

"Who are you?" A tall blonde with a shirt that barely covered her bottom said as she looked at Clarence.

"I am Clarence, Justin's girlfriend." Clarence smiled nervously at the blonde.

"No, I am his girlfriend. Stop being a psycho and leave. He is asleep anyways." The blonde shut the door as Clarence stood in the pouring rain.

"I would never sleep with someone else." Justin's voice became serious and dark as he thought of the act.

"Well, you thought I was dead, and she was pretty." Clarence mumbled as Justin scuffled.

"Why would I want pretty when I have gorgeous? Plus, you are the only girl for me, Clare." Justin's voice got soft as he spoke to her, "Can I come over?"

"Its 2 am on a Tuesday, Justin." Clarence laughed.

"But it is summer, and Faith said I was always-"

"She did not mean at 2 am, Justin!" Clarence laughed as he playfully scuffled.

"Wanna bet?" His tone turned playful as Clarence giggled.

"Whoever wins pays for the next date?"

"We both know that I will pay no matter what." Justin laughed.

"It's the thought that counts. Now, hurry up. It's cold, and I want cuddles." Clarence wined.

"I knew you wouldn't say no to me." Justin laughed.
