"Stop talking to me John, you used me and you know it. FUCK you," I screamed from down the block of the theater. I'm always the one that gets played at the end. I see the guy I was dating for a week with another female, all up on her in the damn movie theater. It's ok. I'm always making stupid decisions.
As I walk in the house my mom sitting on the couch staring at me. "Sabrina where you been sweetheart I was worried about you?" she asked me as I walked upstairs and shut the door to my room. All I can think right now is like what's wrong with me? I look inside myself searching for the answer but no support. I had so many heart breaks in the past and I wonder how they get me always back to looking through the mirror at myself. I'm something and a good person, why don't people treat me as such? Life is hard now at days.
2Am
I wake up as I went on my phone and played my August Alsina playlist. The first song the came on is Mama. Oh, my mom, I forgot I ignored her earlier. I paused the song and walked to my mom's room. I knock on the door and she was on her bed reading a book. I walked in and she puts the book down. "What you doing up sweetheart?" she asked as she puts her hands on her hips. "I just couldn't sleep. Mom I wanted to apologize for my actions earlier, I just had a hard day, " I said and she nodded and got up to give me a hug. "It's ok baby just wanted to know that you Ok. Now go get some rest you have class in a few hours. Your dad will be here by the time you wake up," she said as I kissed her cheek and walked back to my room. After I unpause the music, all I can see is darkness.
My dad drives me to school and when I make it out the car I run into someone. My books fall and I fall too. "I'm so sorry miss I'm such a clumsy guy," the guy says as he grabs my hands and helps me up. He picks my books up and gives them to me. "It's ok it's not your fault and thank you, " I said as I walked to my class. "No problem ma," he said as I was walking. He was type cute even though I'm not really into guys right now.
School is finish and I run into the same guy that I ran into this morning "Oh you again I'm so sorry, " he said and I nodded as I kept walking. "Wait...," he said as he caught up to me."Yes, " I replied. "I didn't mean it like that. It was like I was surprised to see you. I'm Jermaine by the way, " he said as he walked the same pace as me. "I didn't think you was being sarcastic Jermaine. I knew what you was saying and I'm Sabrina, " I said and he smirks. "Hmm cute really cute, " he said as he laughed. "What's cute? " I said as I stopped in front of him. "Your name which matches your beauty, " he said and I was startled. "Wait you don't really know me, " I said. "So that don't mean nothing. We talking so that's getting to know each other, ok? So relax, " he said and I looked at him weird. "Bye," I said as I walked away from him. What a jerk to say that and you just somewhat as you say met me. Life really is a journey in the mist that you cant see with the naked eye.
