First you need the ingredients! All
You need is : shampoo or soap , a bowl to put the liquid in , something to stir it with and sugar.
Put the Liquid in the bowl. Then put a spoonful of sugar in and stir for about 1 minute. Next put more sugar in and stir it again keep doing it till it becomes clumped up ( sticked together ) and make sure it has a good consistency. You need to stir for 10 minutes and keep on adding sugar after each minute and only keep putting sugar for four minutes because you only need four spoonfuls of sugar , but if you think it needs more then you can add more.
