The Fruits Basket Host Club- 3~A Gathering of Hosts

Haruhi and Tohru stepped onto the cooling sand from the hot sun. The sun had just gone down and the horizon was a variety of purples,pinks,oranges and blues.

Under a palm tree sat the Hosts and the newbies Kyo and Yuki. They awkwardly sat in between them dozing off.

"They look so uncomfortable."

Haruhi whispered while giggling. Tohru joined in and giggled. Tamaki glanced back at them but shook his head and kept walking.

"Over here guys!" Shouted Hikaru. He patted a log next to the giant fire blazing and lighting up the artificial man made beach.

Of course Kaoru was at his side. They were simply inseparable like they were attached at the hip.

Tohru and Haruhi sat down. Haruhi notices Tamaki's odd behavior. Haruhi thought it'd be good to leave him be and probably get over his moping.

For hours they all talked and joked with each other, except Tamaki. He was in deep thought staring into the blazing fire. You could see the fire's reflection in his eyes.

"Everything all right Senpai?" Haruhi asked normally. She wasn't used to seeing Tamaki this way especially during an event.

"Hmm?" He mumbled while looking up at Haruhi. "I'm okay...just not feeling...well."

Kyoya smirked,
"You should go rest if you're not feeling well."

Kyoya could see right through his lie.

Haruhi stood up,
"I can walk you to your room Senpai."

Kyoya spoke rejecting her offer,
"I can do it. Thank you for offering."

With those words Kyoya stood up and dusted off his pants. He walked with his usual pose. One hand in his pocket and the other dangling by his side.

When they got to Tamaki's room they both entered. Kyoya shut the door and locked it.

"Tamaki seriously what is the problem?" Kyoya spoke in a concerned tone with a hint
of annoyance.

Tamaki scratched his head awkwardly.
"I'm just afraid you guys will think of me as some mushy obsessive guy."

Kyoya rolled his eyes while a light smile played on his lips.

"Oh please Tamaki you've done worse."

Tamaki couldn't help but smile.

"Okay...its just that by having Yuki and Kyo here is great and all, but having Tohru here makes me uncomfortable."

Kyoya crossed his arms and raised an eyebrow.

"Is that so?"

"Yeah and when I see them being all friendly I get depressed? Like I want to be the one with her there not have a girl fill where I should be."

Kyoya grinned in amusement.
"Oh Tamaki...you're jealous! Tohru Honda gets to spend time with your little girl and you don't like that. I think this is good for Haruhi. She is a girl after all and needs to have
Tohru here to ground her back to being a girl since she's stuck here with us."

~Meanwhile with Haruhi, Tohru and the hosts.~

"Why is Tamaki so depressed?" Haruhi said aloud expecting an answer from someone.
