And then tazuna explain about Gato who was a shipping magnate and owner of Gatō Company, is actually a drug dealer and the owner of a smuggling business and is trying to take control of the Land of Waves. To prevent tazuna to finish building the bridge, Gato send shinobi to kill him. Tazuna don't enough money to pay for the A rank mission, so he pretend it's a rank C

Kushina: well.. We need get back, the kids just graduated and this mission is a A class mission. We can't handled it

Naruto: we wouldn't have enough time if we go back to the village and head out again.
Rito: ya, kushina san. I don't want to do anymore D rank mission
Mito: in the future,we will be Jonins. At that time we will need to do rank A mission too, we just doing earlier. That's all

The third piece of paper is about a information of a boy called Haku and the last one is information on Zabuza. So I'm guessing gato was keeping this information for a plan of something...
Kakashi: ( stared at him ) how are you able to remember all this?
Naruto: ( looking at Kakashi ) when you lose something, you will get something in return
Kakashi: I have no idea what you are talking about
Naruto: ( walking away from kakashi ) then don't
