Sakura: but wait... that doesn't make any sense! If she have the sharigan, why didn't she use it during the first round? Rito said that she leave the paper blank!
Naruto: and like I said, she's an idiot. She probably didn't even thought of cheating.
Ino: Mito, do you know about this?
Mito: ya... she use it just now during the second round (thought) well, I know about it since a long time ago.
Sakura: you mean that you didn't know about it earlier?

Back to the fight....
So I'm lazy to write what exactly happen, but I will give you a brief summary
As soon as the fight started, Rito use her sharigan, surprising quite a lot of people. Not including the people who already know and the Konoha Genin.
When Ron use a jutsu, Rito will used the same jutsu on him. When Ron ran around, Rito attack him with taijutsu to beat him. When Ron use taijutsu, which he's bad in, Rito will fight back with taijutsu, which she's good in, on him. So in the end, Rito won

Hayate: stop ( cough ) winner is uchiha Rito.
Rito: (sweating profusely) yes!!! I won!!
Ron: I would have won if you didn't have the sharigan
Rito: but sadly, I have them~
Hayate: and that's the last fight ( cough ) let's welcome the hokages ( cough ) for a speech ( walks away )
Rito: is he alright?
Ron: he seriously need to see a doctor
Sakura: I can't believe that he became a Jonin
Ino: I'm amazed that he actually became a shinobi!
Naruto: don't look down on him. He might be stronger than you think

Sakura: what is a tokubetsu jonin in the first place?!
Naruto: it just mean some people who is not actually strong enough to be a jonin but are specialized in something, for example kenjutsu, they are able to break the rules and be a jonin
Sakura: then why Ibiki sensei look so surprised when you said that he is a tokubetsu jonin
Naruto: well.... not many people know him, due to the fact of what he is in charge of, so he is surprised that I know him, I know that he is tokubetsu jonin and he is not a teacher
Sasuke: what is his job?
Naruto: what are you talking about? Of course he is a shinobi

And it was then that they realize, everybody is staring at them

Minato: em...I'm trying to make a speech here, could you all keep it down?
The konoha Genin: hai...
Minato: thank you.. as I was saying, the third round, which is also the last round, of the chunin exam will be held a month after, please don't be late or you will be disqualified. The third round will be a one on one match. Could the Genin that won come up now and draw your number card for the match?

Naruto: but most of the time, they don't see me. Mito hates me. Sakura only cares about her Sasuke and Sasuke just think he could make use of me to make himself stronger. Maybe Hinata cares but it's just a short term care or maybe even pity. None of them treat me as a twelve year kid and no one cares about me.

Naruto: yes, and I care about you too... But if having emotion only makes me feel more hurt, then what's the point of having it in the first place? Wouldn't it be better for me, the monster, to have no feeling at all?

Note: although when Naruto was younger, he was tortured and to counter this shock, his body sealed his emotions away.
So he started acting out emotions since then to be more... normal.
But then one day, the emotions are back. He don't know what triggered it but... he didn't want it back.
Since a monster don't need emotions.
