The guy turns around to face Armaan who was standing infront of him... Not waiting Armaan hugs him...

Rahul: Haan Muskaan... Woh tik toh haina... Kaha hai woh...

Armaan: Calm down Rahul... Muskaan tik hai... Lekin tum achanak yaha...

Rahul: Woh kal raat Riddhima, Anjy, Sapna aur Nikki ka call aaya... Kaha Muskaan ki khalat bohot kharab hai... Uski accident hogayi aur woh yaha...

Armaan got it... So it was the plan the girls were talking about...

Armaan: Oh... Toh yaha kya kar rahi ho tum... Chalo mere saat...

Before leaving Armaan ask the nurse whose duty was in ICU... Armaan thank his stars to know Atul and Anjali were on duty in ICU...

IN CAFE',

After attending patients, Muskaan, Nikki and Abhi were having coffee after the busy event took place before 3hrs ago...

Muskaan was lost in her thoughts while Abhi and Nikki were talking about the patients... They look around when they saw Atul and Anjali coming with Riddhima... Armaan wasn't with them...

Nikki: Ridzy... Armaan kaha hai...

Riddhima: Woh tohdi der main aa raha hai... Usko bohot purana dost kuch dino baad milgaye toh use baat karne main busy hai...

Riddhima said while taking seat next to Muskaan who was lost in her thoughts... Anjali and Atul sit next to Riddhima...

Atul: Muski... Tujhe kya huva... Aur tumhare patient kaisi hai... Sab tik haina...

Muskaan came back to real world when she was shake Riddhima who was sitting her right side while Nikki was sitting her left side...

Riddhima: Muski... Atul tumse baat kar raha hai... Kya huva...

Muskaan: Kuch nehi Ridzy... Bas aise hi...

Abhi: Waise Riddhima, tum Armaan ki koi dost ki baat kar raha ta... Koan hai yeh dost jiski wajahse woh tumhare paas nehi hai jab usko free time milgaya tab bhi... Nehi toh hamesha tumhare aage peeche ghumta rehta hai...

Anjali: Bohot jaldi aapko pata chaljaengi Dr.Modi... Woh dehko Armaan...

Nikki and Abhi look behind them where Anjali was looking to see who was with him... Nikki got up from her chair with a jerk when she saw who it was...

Nikki: Rahul...

Muskaan: Please Nikki... Tu phir se us idiot ki naam kyu le rahi ho... Maine kitni baar tum logo se kaha...

Rahul: Kyu... Mere naam inta bhi bura nehi hai Dr.Muskaan Chadda...

Muskaan was shocked to hear Rahul voice... She turns around to see Rahul standing infront of her with Armaan... She looks at Rahul and then to others who was smiling... Again she looks back to him, tears which was ready to leave her eyes...

Armaan: Muskaan...

But before Armaan or anyone else could say anything Muskaan left from there... Armaan patted on Rahul's back who looked at him giving an I told u so' look...

Nikki and Abhi met with Rahul and everyone settle down while Riddhima excused and leave after Muskaan who went from there after seeing Rahul...
