Nikki: Common Anjy... Kal ki toh baat haina... Kal subah tum logo pata chaljaa yega...

Abhi: Aur haan... Kissi se pooch nehi ki zaroorat nehi hai...

Riddhima: Yeh kya baat huvi... Kal raat koh bhi tumne mujhe aise hi damki di Abhi... Ab yeh kaam nehi karenga...

Armaan: Abhi... How dare you buddy... Tumhe Ms. Riddhima Basket Gupta koh daraya... Not bad... (lolz... Kya laga... Armaan Abhi koh sunane wala ta... Yehi na ;))

Anjali: Lekin hum kyu na pooche... Dr.Kreeti koh toh pata honga na...

Nikki: Anjy... Yaha kissi koh nehi pata hai meri aur Abhi ki alawa...

Riddhima: Kyu...

Abhi: Riddhima... Kal tum teeno koh pata chal jaaengi...

Armaan: Abhi ek hint toh de doh...

Nikki: Armaan... woh toh pehle yaha rehchuki hai... Ab soach ti raho...

Riddhima: Arey yeh kya baat huvi... Yaha toh kitni log aakar ilaj kar wakar chali jaata hai...

Abhi: Ab isse aage hum kuch nehi bata sakti... Chalo hum chalte hai... See you...

Abhi and Nikki leave Anjali, Armaan and Riddhima leaving there to think about just now they talk...

Armaan: Kahiin Mini toh nehi...

Riddhima: Yeah Gappu...

Anjali: Ho sakta hai... Lekin Mini aur Gappu toh hamesha se hi tum dono bohot ahche dost hai... Nikki ne toh kaha hum teeno ki dost hai...

Riddhima: Haan Di... Aapki baat tik hai...

After three busy thinks who that it can be they give up... Armaan call for a night and when to his home, whereas Anjali and Riddhima go to their house... They didn't bother to ask anyone as Abhi and Nikki clearer tell them no one knows about it yet other then them... The three of them didn't bother to ask as they now; they wouldn't give away the name so easily...

Next Day...

Sanjeevani Hospital...

Anjali, Riddhima and Armaan were desperate to know who it was... But Nikki and Abhi told them whoever it was; they didn't know when that person will come... After briefing everyone was busy in their respective duty... They forgot about the person as they had many works to do...

Lunch Time at CAFE'...

Nikki, Abhi, Anjali and Riddhima were there enjoying their lunch... Armaan was busy in a surgery with Dr.Shubankar... It has been more than 2hrs since Armaan doing the surgery...
