A/N: Hey everybody! Hope you all had a great week and I am back with another chapter. Due to so much positivity on the idea of making this book a G!P, I have decided to make (Y/N) G!P. I hope you guys are happy with the decision and I can't wait to read the comments! Anyway! Let's get onto the chapter. Enjoy!
(Y/N)'s P.O.V
The kiss was nothing I had ever experienced before. Even my heart was still beating rapidly from the few moments ago. If I was still in my human form, I was certain that my cheeks would be coated in a deep blush.Clearing the thoughts from my head, I observed my surroundings. Not that it was much, considering that it was only trees and debris. Also not to mention the full moon's light was the only thing illuminating the place.
I returned back to my old home or what was left of it a few years after the Jauregui's burnt it down. Luckily, the basement wasn't harmed for which I was thankful for.
My head turned to face Lauren, noticing how she looked upon the place with fear. The sight would of made me chuckle if I was still in my human form. THE Lauren Jauregui was scared of an ancient ruin.
To be honest, anybody who approached this place would run away with their tail between their legs.
There was masonry everywhere, coating the once lively green grass with a toxic grey dust. Grey pillars that once stood as great watch towers were now part of the great rubble. Wood ambers were still dusted over the grass and so did grey brickwork, but that didn't effect me anymore.
Shifting back into my human form, I put my shirt back on before grabbing Lauren's hand gently as I took her towards a ivy stone trap door, almost covering the brickwork. Lifting it up, it revealed a stairway not that far under ground.
It was a good thing the trap door wasn't too heavy.
Once Lauren entered after a little hesitation, I followed behind her before shutting the door behind myself. By the time I turned back to walk down the stairs, I could already see Lauren at the bottom of the stairs, looking around the basement.
By the time I got to Lauren, I could see clearly that she was in awe at what I had done with the place.
I didn't have much; just an old tattered black leather couch with a few blankets chucked over the back of it, a seemingly new oven with a fridge to accompany it and a double bed with the covers sprawled about upon the heavenly comfort in a separate room I had managed to make in my years of hiding.
"I don't have much..." I husked lowly, looking towards the green eyed beauty.
"I know that you're probably not used to something like this. Hell, I would be too if I-"
I was interrupted by a pair of soft luscious lips pressed against my own with the company of soft hands cupping my cheeks.
I didn't even have a chance to deepen the kiss before Lauren pulled away and looked into my eyes. "It's fine. More than enough." She giggled, which caused my wolf to howl in delight.
There was something that was going on with my wolf ever since Lauren kissed me. She had been whining, been wanting to be near the woman.
Wanting to make Lauren her's.
I knew my parents had talked about something. A bond of some sorts but I never believed it until now.
"What do you want to do? We've got some time before we head off to bed?"
"Tell me about your family..." she hushed softly, her eyes gleaming into my own.
I wasn't expecting that question.
Leading Lauren towards the couch, I sat down next to her grabbing the blankets to lay upon the top of our laps. Almost immediately, Lauren had snuggled into my side, her head laying gently on my shoulder as her breath hit my neck, sending shivers up my spine.
"My parents were amazing. My father was always protective considering I was the heir to the pack. My mother was the most sweet compassionate woman I have ever met but don't get me wrong, make one wrong move and your wolf would be whimpering."
I was rewarded with a small giggle from the raven haired girl causing my smile to widen as I recalled my parents. From all the times my father trained me to all the times our family sat down for dinner.
"My brother was one of a kind. Whenever I used to come back from training, he'd always make an effort to make me smile." A sad smile appeared on my own face as I recalled all the innocent memories of the 4 year old.
I didn't even realise a tear had fallen down my cheek as Lauren wiped it away with her thumb, kissing my cheek lightly. Her eyes gazed into my own, her own sorrowful glint reflecting.
"He sounded amazing. I wish they were here so I could say thank you for raising such an amazing daughter." Her words touched me. My heart ached for the woman, even my wolf ached for her and I could only wonder if her other half felt the same for me.
Leaning down, I connected our lips together in a soft yet passionate kiss, my hands gently bringing her into my lap.
It wasn't long before the kiss turned heated with Lauren clawing at my shirt and myself gripping her waist. Nova was even feeling the effects as she howled in pure bliss; not to mention the full moon was enhancing my senses.
Every touch Lauren gave me, goosebumps were left in her wake and her scent was becoming more seductive and with every breath I took, the more I slipped into her delightful spell.
When we both pulled away, we were both panting with our fangs both prominent. My eyes had changed into their golden colour whilst Lauren's had changed into a captivating red.
As we stared intensely into each other's eyes, one word came from our mouths.
"Mate..."
