"Cheating?!?!"

Ino with a pitched voice was startled and strongly slammed her hands onto the table making the plates and cups totter.

"Shut it, Ino-pig! Everyone's gonna hear you!" Sakura warned her best friend and pulled her down.

"He better not be, I'll rip him to pieces even if he's an Uchiha." Angrily stating as she sat back down.

"Chill your ass down. Maybe, I was just overthinking... That's all." Sakura gave her a smile, a fake smile. "I'll be off then. I need to go back to the hospital, they need me now. Thanks for the food!" Quickly she got up leaving Ino all alone.

"What the?! YOU CAN'T JUST LEAVE ME HERE! OUR DEAL WAS—" agh, whatever. Ino thought to herself, calming herself to avoid humiliation since everybody's eyes was all on her and Sakura can't possibly hear her by now due to the distance after running away too fast. So unlike her...

"Sakura-san! There's an emergency!" A nurse burst through her office. It was disrespectful but it seems like a very urgent case so Sakura dismissed the thought. She nodded at the petite nurse panting at her doorway.

"Lead the way." Sakura immediately stood up from her chair and followed the nurse. They arrived at a hospital room with a patient near to his death or so it seems.

"The sixth..." Sakura's heart almost skipped a beat hearing a worried nurse's murmur, not knowing why she's anxious at all. Sixth? Sixth Hokage, does she mean? She's yet to know. Curiosity and anxiety crawled through, it was odd. She was usually confident doing her job but this time. Her gut is telling her something else. Upon entering the room, she quickly tied her hair into a bun and rushed to the patient's side. To her surprise, it was the sixth Hokage. Former Kage. Former Sensei. Kakashi Hatake.

"Kakashi-sensei?!"

His face was weary but he still had his mask on. A large gash on his left shoulder, bleeding through his shirt. Multiple scars on other parts of his body. Small breaths escaping his nostrils, his heart and pulse slowly losing its beat. Sakura dreaded. She knew it was unlikely of him to be in a condition like this. With all her chakra, she was doing her very best to succeed the operation. Her hands laid onto his toned chest. She could feel his skin slowly turning cold. She didn't give up, she will never. Tears started to form at the edges of her eyes, she did not understand why.

"K-ka-Kakashi-sensei! W-why...I...I-I won't give up on you just yet..." She muttered under her breath. Sweat and tears began to drip down her face. All her crew assisted her throughout the operation. Suddenly, her vision went... Blurry and dark.
