Picking up a spoon, her hand was unusually shaky. She has eaten with Kakashi but tonight, it was a parallel world. It was new for her, she was still overwhelmed by the fact that she's going out with her former sensei. Although they had romance twice, this matter was completely different. The day he confessed was the day she finally lost her doubt and fears, she is absolutely guilty of accusing him in her mind that she was just a one night stand. Truth is, he only wanted to be loved and feel love after everything he's been through. Just like her. They were two different persons yet they synchronized smoothly.

She at last calmed down, ate her meal. He, on the other hand, played it wisely. He ate as if he wasn't bothered by the bewitching beauty in front of her. The two finished their meal, satisfied. The silence was deafening. So Kakashi spoke up, clearing his throat.

"...how was work?" He tried to start a conversation to end the awkward silence.

"It was fine-eh, honestly, it's hellishly stressful but thanks to someone it makes me feel like it isn't at all." She giggled, "It feels as if it's my hobby. You? How about yours?"

"Hmm... I don't do much these days. Besides guiding Naruto, eh... I think nothing more. He didn't allow me to join the anbu or participate in missions, I don't know what that kid's up to." He stated plainly.

"That dobe! Why's he oppressing you like that?!" She lowly raged.

"Relax, Sakura. After what's happened the last time... He might be afraid that I'd die." He said as if it was something funny. Kakashi didn't want to remind Sakura of what happened... when he eventually did.

"Oh. Right" She was struck. It replayed once again in her head, Sasuke. "He's right, you shouldn't go out of the village again." Sakura spoke cutely like a possessive mother to her child.

Kakashi was taken aback by her reaction, her possessiveness somehow fed his ego. "If that's what my future wife wants, then."

D-did he just say f-future wife? Kyaaaa!
"Quit messing with me, Kakashi!" She looked away, her face reddening.

"I'm not taking you out for nothing." He simply replied, gazing directly into her eyes. "Look at me." Speaking as if it's an order, it made Sakura faintly shudder. Kakashi held her face forcing her to look at him.

She's so adorable when she's flustered.

With her cheeks squished, she spoke "w-what do you want?"

He just stared at her with a beam underneath the cover. His eyes mysteriously gawping into hers. "I. Want. You. To. Marry. Me."

Will she say no? Of course she will, what good will I even bring to someone so special like her. Hatake, you're going nuts.

Sakura's eyes widened, she blinked twice as if asking what her senses conveyed was real. His tone was humorless, so was his face. With his gloved hand still holding her jaw, she gently held it with both hands and placed it down. She didn't release her grasp though, slightly squeezing his hand in a comforting manner. Sakura's eyes glimmered at his patient gaze, scared that she might reject him. Although he was already expecting the worse, he readied himself for whatever her answer will be.

This idiot, you don't propose to women like this! Sensei sure has his own way of doing things... Am I dreaming? Shannaro!

"Baka." She giggled, earning a confused look from the silver-haired man. "The great Kakashi Hatake, doing all nice and unexpected things to me, spending a lot and arriving surprisingly early for me, why on earth would I not?" A close-eyed smile from the sweet cherry blossom appeared before him. He felt relieved, soothed, content and overjoyed, so was she. Those are just few words to describe what they were feeling at that very moment.

The night ended with Kakashi bringing Sakura back home with a lovely set of flowers in hand. They were at the front porch, he pulled down his mask and leant over her, approaching for a kiss. Their lips intertwined, a sweet and sincere kiss they shared. He was about to pull away. Sakura didn't let her though, she clung her left arm on Kakashi's neck leaving her right arm holding the bouquet. They were in depths, pouring each other's feelings into the kiss. As they paused, Kakashi thought it was time that he'd go home but Sakura didn't say a word. Because for pinkette it wasn't time to say goodbye, she yanked him by the arm into her house. Kakashi was surprised yet he loved where this was going anyway. He was lead into a dim lit bedroom, Sakura's bedroom specifically.

I'm one heck of a pervert, I just can't help it! Every time sensei kisses me, a flow of heat starts to arise within me. Correspondingly, my heart beat becomes unstably speedy... Besides, Ino would be very proud if I could put to use what I have under this white fabric. Oh, Kakashi... You're driving me crazy in love.

Right there and then, she stood in front of him. Sakura abruptly crashed her lips onto his uncovered mouth.

Well, someone's feisty tonight. I didn't expect something more than her sweet approval today... Still, I'm not complaining. I'd be glad to accept what this night may bring us to. Sakura, I should have considered long ago that you're my best student... And my now lover.

Prying from the kiss, he held her upper arms softly. "Where's Sarada?" Kakashi inserted a question.

"No need to muffle tonight, Hatake. Sarada won't be home until morn." Sakura replied with a sultry wink.

"Now, now. Aren't you rather impulsive tonight, Haruno?" He whispered playfully with a teasing smile drawn on his face.

"It's your fault, sensei!" She slightly pushed his chest but it eventually didn't work since she was still in his strong grip.

"Hmm? What did I tell you about calling me by name?" Kakashi's voice sounded strict this time, it sent Sakura quivering like it always does.

"I'm sorry!" She apologized half-heartedly, just like the stubborn girl that she is. "You called me feisty so you started it... I was just mocking you."

"Don't get mad now, cherry blossom. Since you called me sensei, I should have eminence towards you, hmm?" A pervy grin spread across his face, something you'd see once in a blue moon. To his surprise, she smacked her palm against his face so close to hers. It hurt yeah, Kakashi flinched caressing his pained cheek. "Ow, What's with the slap?!?"

"What's with the face!?!" She yelled back. Half-guilty and half pleased. Sakura found his expression very unsettling... Yet blameworthy that it undeniably made hers damp.

"You want it the hard way don't you?" He giggled, "okay then, Sakura." Again, using that sexy husky voice of his, her face blushed to the nth level.
