Alright you guys i couldnt wait. I didnt get my three votes but im sick of waiting. THis chapter is a bit more of a filler, not that much action and some sappy drama. But it goes into Eradanus's past and explains a bit. I already have chapter four done and its very action packed, and im moving on to chapter five. So VOTE AND COMMENT! I want at least five this time. Just five! FIVE! So please, comment and vote. I'm not just looking for praise, but i would also like to hear from those of you who didnt like it. I need some feedback otherwise the story will never get better. So, comment, vote and maybe even tell other people about my story? Thanks loves, -PoetofShadows

********~******** Chapter Three: ********~********

"Eradanus! Eradanus!" a mysteriously blurred voice said. "Eradanus! Wake up!" yelled Orion. Eradanus was snapped back into reality. "What happe- Ouch, my head hurts." she said, reaching for her paining head. She touched the moist, tender goose-bump and cried out in pain. "You fainted. And you hit the glass coffee table." Fornax explained as Eradanus brought her hand back to herself, gasping at the sight of blood. "Let me get 'Nerva to bandage that up." said Lyyra, her constantly melodious voice ringing through the air as she walked out of the room, Fornax silently following. "Am i really the next... Sleepwalker-person-thingy?" Eradanus questioned, her voice drenched with her anxiety. "Yes, but the you are not expected to fight until you are fully trained. And quite frankly, your going to need a lot of training. You slip-power SUCKS." said Orion with a chuckle. "What's a slip power?" Eradanus asked quietly. Orion looked at her. She looked sheepish, shy and beautiful. He shook these thoughts from his head and began to explain. "Since where multi-dimensional, we can bring over different things and element from are ulterior dimension. I bring over time, and I can merge them. Merging them pauses time. I also can separate it, but its hard. It fast forwards time, almost. Sometimes your power has to do with your name. Like Lyyra, her star is Lyra, the Lyre. The lyre makes sound, and Lyyra can slip sound through and uses it to create deafening pitches strong enough to disrupt electronic activity." he explained to the confused Eradanus. "Don't worry Era, everything'll be ok." He smiled at her. She weakly smiled back, but her anxiety showed in the creases on her forehead. "So who's hurt?" a beautiful girl with long, flowing golden blond curls and bright blue eyes to match her cheery personality. "This is Minerva, she's are nurse. She'll take care of you." said Orion hurriedly. Eradanus watched his face become red as Minerva walked in. "so what happened?" asked Minerva. "I fainted and hit my head" said Eradanus. "You-don't-need-me-here, do you? Cause I think im gonna leave. I... Uh... Need to go help Lepus and Monoceros. Yeah." He sputtered, and shot out of the room like a bat out of hell. "What's up with him?" asked Eradanus. Minerva laughed. "He has the biggest crush on me known to man! But he knows it wont work 'cause im not a star-kid. Im just a simple one-dimensional being. And im two years older than him. He's 14. Im 16. Not gonna help it if I can help it." she giggled out, her voice bubbling cheerfully. "Oh. Poor you. But can we please bandage up my bleeding head?" said Eradanus bluntly. "Oh my goodness. im sorry. Ok. this may sting." Minerva said as she applied the disinfectant. "So how long have you known Orion?" "Uhh." she chuckled. "About a week."

Eradanus chatted with Minerva while she cleaned, wrapped and bandaged her head. They talked about things like boys, the universe, the peculiarness of the whole multi-dimensional universe, school, and shopping. Eradanus liked Minerva. She was bright and cheerful and looked at everything with optimism. It was like a breath of fresh air. "Well I gotsa goes, so ill ttyl ya later Era. Bya!" said Minerva "Ok. See you later Minerva!" she said happily. for the first time in a long time Eradanus felt like she had friends. She sat in the empty room thinking about the events of the past few days. Sure, being some peace bringing war hero wasn't going to be easy or fun, but it might have a few 'perks'. She was still marveling at the fact that these people didn't regard her as a complete freak. 'Maybe it was because these people are MY people' thought Eradanus. "yea. these people are my people. i belong with them." Eradanus muttered under her breath. "Hey. I brought you some ice cream. Ice cream always makes me feel better when im injured. Plus its good." said Orion "Thanks." said Eradanus, a grin erupting on her face. She took the ice cream and gently brought the spoon to her mouth. "Mmm... Ben and Jerry's Cherry Garcia! How'd you now that's my favorite?" She said "Lucky guess. Actually, it's my favorite, so you were gonna get stuck with whatever I like." He said matter-of-factly. "So Minerva told me about your STELLAR crush on her?" Eradanus teased. Orion turned red as the blood on the coffee table. "For your information I had a minor crush on her 9 months ago! That's almost a year ago! She's not my type anymore. So drop it." he spat out. "God, don't have a coronary. I was just teasing..." "Teasing? Teasing? I am the younger brother of the founders of the Star clan, an organization designed to locate and inform star-kids and you will treat me like it, damnit!" He yelled, his face red and his fists clenched. "I am the heir to their fortune and you will treat me so, insolent little girl!" he yelled without realizing it. Eradanus just stared blankly at him. Then she got up, picked up his empty bowl, and walked out of the room silently.
