"Hey Shelby,I need to talk to you and there's a 100% chance you're gonna hate us and be really sad," she says. "Okay,what is it" I ask. "We're moving..." she said. "WHAT!?!?" I say.
"Yeah...i had a job interview in New York and I got it." "WHAT!?!? UH-UH I AIN'T MOVING AWAY FROM ROSS AND RIKER AND RYDEL AND EVERYONE ELSE!!" "Well I'm sorry,I know you love them and love Ross but....you have to break up with him." I run to my room and slam the door shut and jump on my bed and bury my face in my pillow and start crying.After crying for a few minutes I pull out my phone and text Ross.
M-hey babe...
R-hey baby girl...what's wrong?
M-can I come over? I need to talk to you
R-yeah sure! You can always come over you don't have to ask
M-okay,I'll be there in about 15 minutes
R-okay love ya babe
M-love ya too
•Ross's POV•
Shelby texted me and seemed pretty sad,normally she'd be like "hey babe!! 😘" but she didn't do that today.She is coming over in about....5 minutes cuz she said she needs to talk to me.
She knocked on the front door and I opened it and she gave me a tight hug.
"Ross,can we talk in your room?" she asks. I tell her yes then we walk up to my room and she shuts the door.We sit on my bed and she sighs and I can tell that didn't want to talk to me about something.
M-what's wrong with my baby girl?
S-I have bad news
M-....what is it?
S-...we....have to...break up
M-what! We have a good relationship we haven't done anything to hurt each other's feelings
S-I know but...I'm moving to New York
M-what!? Why!?
S-my mom got a job
M-NO! I don't want you to leave me
S-I don't wanna leave you either but that choice do I have
M-...come here
I motion Shelby to scoot closer to me and she does.I'm sitting with my legs crossed and she sits on my lap.I wrap my arms around her stomach and rest my head on her left shoulder.She starts crying and I turn her around and she buries her head in my chest.One thing that I find absolutely cute about her is that One Last Dance puts her to sleep and a lot of girls cry theirselves to sleep.I grab my phone and unlock it and click on my music and scroll down to One Last Dance and click it to play.I set my phone on my dresser then lay down and put Shelby next to me with her head on my chest and her hand over my abs.I carefully sit up a little and grab my blanket and pull it over us.She snuggles up closer to me.I kiss her forehead and whisper goodnight in her ear.She smiles and sits up and kisses my cheek then lays her head back down on my chest.
