Devon's POV
I. Am. Exhausted... I really can't take this anymore, the bullying at the academy and the teachers just don't care and let them slip away. But, just one more year Devon...one more year and you'll be out of that hell hole.
I sighed.
Talking to myself wouldn't make me ok, it makes me more depressed knowing that I don't have someone to talk to more than myself...
I looked straight ahead and waited for the vehicles to pass so I could cross the road
I walked straight at home, I live alone since I was 16 years old. I don't know my parents cause they left me at the orphanage...I guess they didn't want me.
I went to the kitchen and rummage through the cabinets, ..but all seemingly shouted ........ Empty
I sighed, I open the fridge and found a piece of apple. I smiled, it is still considered a food anyway.
Then it started to rain, what a day what a day... I opened my backpack and opened my favorite book ''Alice in the wonderland".. I sat in front of the window and looked outside while holding my book... It was getting winder , was there a typhoon? It was raining cats and dogs ...I don't think it was safe to go outside in this kind of weather
But all of a sudden...it was unexpected, the sky thundered loudly, it was scary...but what made me stayed on my place was the violet-whitish light heading my way... I was stunned, I didn't know what happened when the blistering light hit me.....
..... ...I felt an aginizing pain run through my body .... ...then everything went black
