Hey. I'm back. I'm here to share my experience giving encouragement to others. During January 11-12 2018 is our third grading examination. Our Campus Missionaries are fascinated in giving encouragement to the examiners. I helped them and my experience goes like this.
Our Campus Missionaries strategy was, kumuha sila ng garapon, kahon or other container na pwedeng paglagyan ng candies and of course 'yong word ni God. Nag-print sila ng Bible verse na may kinalaman sa encouragement at ginupit ito sa maliit na piraso. They folded it until it becomes small. It is creative co'z it's colorful. After putting the piece of paper in the box, they mixed the candies. They're now ready to refresh the mind of examiners.
Every time na may makasalubong kaming student eh kinakausap namin casually. Kumustahan saka kwentuhan. Tapos kapag nagkapalagayan na eh itatanong namin kung tapos na ba ang exam o magte-take pa lang. By batch kasi 'yon eh. May morning tapos afternoon kasi.
Why Candy?? Candy because it will help you calm and of course refresh. They are going to take their examination that's why they need to refresh their minds and if they calmed it will help them not to cram.
Bubunot sila ng candy at the same time 'yong word ni God. Kapag nakabunot na eh babasahin ng student saka tutulungan namin siyang i-meditate 'yong word ni God. After explaining, we're going to pray for that examiner that he/she will not be able to grab the temptation from devil (Any kind of cheating) but God will be his/her answer to the exam. It's better to get a low score with honesty than getting a high score in a mysterious way. ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT IT'S NOT ALL ABOUT THE RESULT OF THE BATTLE BUT ON HOW YOU FIGHT THE BATTLE.
Kapag 'yong mga tapos naman nang nag-exam eh sinasabihan namin sila ng "Good Job" or "Papasa ka!".
You know what, you can make a move to help others especially those who are in need in just a simple way. This kind of strategy, it really help us. Seeing them smiling after giving EncourageMINT is priceless. That's why I am encouraging everyone to make your move. Small or big that genuinely came to your HEART is truly appreciated.
