Confession?

Update on the two boys I talked about earlier: They nearly kissed. I'm not joking. also please don't mind my failed attempt at making the confession, have never confessed to someone so I don't know how to do it.

Chapter 12: Confession?

Taehyung Focus-

Around 30 minutes before dinner Taehyung had locked himself inside his room. Why? He was having a mental breakdown and the blame for that was a human boy named Jungkook that made Taehyung feel all mushy on the inside.

There was just something about Jungkook that somehow made Taehyung feel almost human. The desire to just attack some random person to drink their blood was not there like it used to be.

Well, sometimes he had to drink or else he would die or go apeshit, so Jin or Jimin brought him some.

Taehyung clutched his heart, that for many years hadn't had a noticeable heartbeat. It used to be so faint that for him to feel it, he had to sit still and not breathe. But after Jungkook appeared, the heartbeat would always be 10 times more noticeable at the thought of the bunny looking male.

"Taehyung, dinner is ready, what are you doing?" Jimin called out from the other side of the door, Taehyung quickly opened the door and snatched Jimin. The shorter vampire stared at him confused and with a slight glare. Jimin's expression suddenly changed, "Taehyung, your cheeks are red, who do you like?"

Dumbfounded Taehyung opened and closed his mouth "How- how did you know?"

"Taehyung, I have known you for years," Jimin smiled, "I notice everything about you, also you never bloody shut up about Jungkook, it's driving me insane." He hit Taehyung, completely forgetting about his strength so the younger went flying across the room, Jimin winced when Taehyung hit the wall "Whoops..."

At the dinner table, Taehyung was seated across from Jungkook, occasionally he would steal glances at the human as he happily chatted with one of the guests.

Taehyung scanned up and down on Jungkook's body, he was wearing a white silk shirt that fit his body loosely, it was slightly sheer giving Taehyung an idea of what his arms looked like. The vampire could slightly point out well-toned arms. What drove him completely nuts was how Jungkook kept on stretching his neck, Taehyung at some point imagined setting his fangs down into that soft flesh and-

"Taehyung, stop drooling." Jin elbowed him in between his ribs and Taehyung bit his tongue to shut himself up, he glanced at Jin who gave him a warning look before continuing to talk with Mark.

The vampire slouched back in his seat and poked his food with the silver fork, he looked up at Jungkook again and this time he made eye contact with him.

Jungkook smiled and went back to chat with Yugyeom.

'I need advice...' Taehyung thought to himself, he slammed his fork down and abruptly stood up.

The whole table got quiet as they watched the vampire walk out of dining hall. They heard the front door slam closed.

The only one Taehyung knew he could ask for a good advice was his brother. Baekhyun.

They were not blood-related, but Baekhyun took care of him at the orphanage he lived at. And his full name was Byun Kim Taehyung, he didn't really use his surnames.

The day Taehyung lost most of his humanity Baekhyun had sacrificed himself to somehow save Taehyung, it was a waste of effort since the vampire caught him seconds later.

It took Taehyung at least 100 years before he found Baekhyun again, his brother had been found moments before death by a healer, the only way the healer could save him was to give him to a noble he knew.
