Chapter 1

Another day of school, I thought as i drove to the student parking lot. Oh well, it can't be completely horrible. I parked the car, and got out. Shutting the door, I ran up to meet with my one of my best friends, Abi. "Abi!" i screamed as soon as I saw her. She stopped and ran towards me, giving me a hug when she could. I returned the hug, then we walked towards the front doors.

I'm Natasha, in case you were wondering. Natasha Goldwin. I'm 18 which means I'm a senior at Tiger North High School. When it comes to looks, I'm not gorgeous, or even pretty for that matter. I'm just average. I have chocolate brown hair that cascades in ringlets to just around my elbows. My eyes are a green-blue color. They aren't sparkling or dazzling. Just green-blue. As for the rest of me, I'm very basic. Normal pink lips, lightly tanned skin, not plump but not aneroxic-looking. Just basic.

On the other hand, Abi was gorgeous. She had long shiny blonde hair. Her hair was naturally straight, something that made all the girls envious, and all the boys stare at her. Her eyes were ocean blue. She has naturally shiny pink lips, and a tan, super skinny body. She is gorgeous. There is no other way to put it.

Anyways, we walked to our lockers, in deep conversation. Apparently, our other best friend, Ben, had been cheated on. I couldn't believe it! Him and Jessie, his now ex gf, had been together for only 10 days, and already she cheated on him?? Bitch!

We got our books for first period, history, and rushed over there to see Ben. Abi, Ben, and I had first, third, and sixth period together. We entered the room, to see Ben talking and joking around with his other friends. Abi and I shared a wide-eyed stare. Even though he's one of my best friends and I've known him since second grade, I would never get him. We took our seats, just as the bell rang and the teacher came in.

The teacher immediatly started her lecture, but i honestly didn't feel like paying attention. So I took my phone out and texted Ben.

Natasha: What the hell happened between you and Jessie??

I sent the text and waited for his reply. I could see him taking his phone out of his pocket, reading the message, the turning around to give me a confused look. I gave him my you-know-what-I-mean look and mouthed "reply" to him. He chuckled and replied.

Ben: Well good morning to you too! Did someone wake up on the wrong sode of the hamster wheel?? Haha and didn't abi tell you?? She cheated, I dumped, She got pissed, I left, The End.

I did not understand this boy whatsoever. If he wasn't my best friend, I wouldn't talk to him. He usually dates a girl for a week then stops. You probably think he's a player, but he's not. He just has a horrible taste in girls. So he dumps them. And the girls... Well they only say yes because of his amazing looks. Just because he's my best friend, doesn't mean I think he's ugly. He has light brown hair that falls over his eye in an adorable way. It covers one of his gold eyes. When I look in them, it makes me melt. He is pretty built, but not in a Taylor Lautner way. More like in a high school football player way. Which he was. Tryouts are next week, and he is going for runningback. So you can imagine how unbelievably hot he is. But don't get the wrong idea. I like him like a brother. He pretty much was my brother. Never will be anything more. NEVER. I reread the text, chuckling at his stupidity before replying

Natasha: Do you know absolutely how much sense that makes????? None!! Absolutely none!! But whatevs, glad youre happy.

I sent the message to him just as the bell rang. After 3 more classes, lunch was here. We sat at our normal table. Ben a i sat on one side of the table, while Abi and one of her best friends, Jake, sat on the other side. Personally, I think its like this because Abi like likes Jake. But when I told her that, she said it was like that so I could sit by Ben. So, I didn't tease her about it again after that.

Ben arrived with the food shortly after we sat. We had a rule that whoever came last bought the food, and we paid them back later. " Ok pizza for all." Ben said, placing the pizza and cokes on the center of the table before we all dug in. I was starving! Abi and I questioned Ben about the break-up, but he only said what he texted me earlier this morning. Why are boys so irritating? Before I knew it, lunch was over. We all headed to class. The rest of the classes flew by in a blur, and Abi, Ben, Jake and I were all in my car, ready to start our weekend!

Okk that was chapter one. Not exciting, but its mainly an intro. Second chapter will be interesting. Comments, votes, feedback, all appreciated! :)
