Jimin sat at his apartment, trying to watch television to distract himself from constantly checking his phone for the time or any messages from Namjoon.

By 1:00 in the morning, Jimin was exhausted. Namjoon had left the conversation at around 7 and it didn't seem like he was coming back anytime soon. Jimin took that as a sign to just go to bed.

[ pjimin00 has logged on! ]

pjimin00: Hey hyung. I just wanted to say that I hope you're having an enjoyable time with your friend. Be safe and get some rest. Goodnight.

[ pjimin00 has logged off! ]

Sighing, Jimin plugged his phone in. He removed his glasses and put his pajamas on before slipping under the covers of his bed.

He quickly fell asleep, his mind subconsciously drifting to Namjoon.

The next morning, Jimin woke up to his usual 8:30 alarm. He picked his glasses up off of the side table and put them in his face before grabbing his cell phone.

His groggy eyes soon widened at the top notifications displayed on the screen.

Jimin quickly unlocked the device and clicked on the icon for the app, going to their chat.

kimjoonie: hey jimin sorry i'm just now replying
kimjoonie: we were out late
—sent at 3:12am

pjimin00: It's okay, hyung.
pjimin00: Did you have a good time?

kimjoonie: well you're an early riser

pjimin00: You know what they say, "the early bird gets the worm," haha.

kimjoonie: true
kimjoonie: but yeah it was fun
kimjoonie: it was a nice stress reliever

pjimin00: You've been stressed out lately? How come?

kimjoonie: photography stuff
kimjoonie: i have a project due at the end of the month and i haven't even started on it

pjimin00: Oh! What's it about?

kimjoonie: i have to do a small set of photos of someone
kimjoonie: like
kimjoonie: just photos, but there has to be a reoccurring theme evident in each photo

pjimin00: Well that doesn't sound too difficult. I'm sure you can do it, hyung.
pjimin00: Do you have a subject or theme yet?

kimjoonie: not really
kimjoonie: i would use my friend as a subject but i used him for my last project

pjimin00: I see.
pjimin00: I'm sure you'll find someone.

kimjoonie: hey wait a minute
kimjoonie: what about you

pjimin00: Wait, what?

kimjoonie: would you want to be the subject for my project?

pjimin00: Are you sure you'd want to use... me?

kimjoonie: why not?
kimjoonie: you're cute enough

pjimin00: Oh, well, thank you, but are you really sure?
pjimin00: We just met.

kimjoonie: then let's meet in person and we can go from there

pjimin00: Okay.
pjimin00: When are you free?

kimjoonie: pretty much any time
kimjoonie: how about tomorrow?
kimjoonie: i'll send you the address to an art museum and we can meet there
kimjoonie: discuss some art
kimjoonie: maybe find inspiration for a theme

pjimin00: Alright, hyung. What time?

kimjoonie: 2:30?

pjimin00: Okay. I'll be there.

kimjoonie: cool (:
kimjoonie: see you tomorrow

pjimin00: See ya!

Jimin clicked on the link, saving it to his maps application before logging out of the chat.

He went to Namjoon's profile once again, scrolling through his photos. He saved one to his camera roll so that he could use it for reference to find Namjoon the next day.

Honestly, he was still in awe and pretty hesitant about the whole situation.

He couldn't believe that he was going to meet Namjoon in person already. They had only known each other for a day.

Jimin hopes that he was actually somewhat interested in him and wasn't just using him for his photography project.

chapter question: do you think they're moving too fast by agreeing to meet up already or do you think it's okay, since they're just meeting each other in person, nothing more, nothing less?
