Throughout the next week, Jimin and Namjoon texted every single day. They talked to each other almost all day long.

Namjoon had grown quite fond of Jimin. It didn't take long for him to become somewhat attached to him.

He thought the younger was intelligent and extremely charismatic. He was bashful at times, but Namjoon could tell that the boy was warming up to him. He had become more open about certain things and he wouldn't shy away from phone calls or video chats and he embraced the idea of meeting up again.

Namjoon was in the middle of brainstorming a theme for his photography project when his phone pinged, letting him know that he had gotten a text message.

jiminie: Hiiii! How is my favorite hyung doing today?

Joonie Hyung❤️: i'm doing okay
Joonie Hyung❤️: how about you min?

jiminie: I'm doing okay as well.
jiminie: Although, I can't lie. There is something that's bothering me.

Joonie Hyung❤️: what's wrong??

jiminie: I miss you, hyung. :(

Joonie Hyung❤️: you're so cute min
Joonie Hyung❤️: want me to come get you?

jiminie: Only if you're not busy.

Joonie Hyung❤️: on my way

jiminie: Okay! :)

Jimin had texted a smiley face, but he was feeling way more excited and happy than that.

Although he had only known Namjoon for a few weeks, he was attracted to him and was beginning to have feelings for him. There was a lot he liked about the older man and he wasn't sure how long he could contain his emotions.

He was just hoping that Namjoon felt the same way or he was at least interested in him.

Namjoon was kind and sweet to him, but he was having a hard time figuring out if he was just being friendly, or if there was a hint of attraction behind it. He would have to get over his fears and ask about it.

Jimin got ready, just wearing something casual and leaving his hair in its usual fringe. He had become comfortable enough around Namjoon to not feel like he always had to 'dress to impress.'

It wasn't even five minutes before Namjoon had pulled up in his car, honking to let Jimin know that he was there (although it was pointless since Jimin had been watching for him).

When Jimin climbed in the car, he looked at Namjoon and smiled. The older returned a smile of his own, making sure Jimin was fastened in before he drove off.

"Where are you taking me, hm?" Jimin asked curiously, looking out the window as they drove.

"There's a little coffee shop I want to take you to. They have all kinds of different flavors. I thought you'd like something like that," Namjoon replied, resting his hand on the younger's knee.
