Alice shakily tried to walk across the room. Aguri was about a foot away from Alice making sure she wouldn't hurt herself. 2 weeks had passed, so she was finally able to go home. But due to barely moving for over a month Alice needed to start physical therapy. "You can do it Alice just one foot in front of the other." Aguri said encouraging her friend. Alice in return just gasped out a "Got, it." She managed to go a few more steps by then her legs gave out and she began to fall. Luckily Aguri caught Alice before she hit the ground. Alice was struggling to catch her breath. "Thanks Aguri." she said softly after she caught her breath enough to talk. "No problem. It is my day to look after you while you're doing your therapy after all." responded Aguri. "Now, come on. Let's get you to your wheelchair." Alice just nodded before leaning on Aguri as they walked. Even though she was only walking a few feet it felt like a huge effort for Alice. For what felt like forever for Alice, which was probably only a minute, the girls finally made it to her wheelchair. She sat into her wheelchair and unconsciously let out a sigh of relief. "Thanks for helping me out." Alice rasped. "Don't mention it. Now it's time for me to get you home." Aguri responded before grabbing on to the wheelchair's handles and starting to push Alice out of the building. For the first few minutes there was silence between the 2 girls. Eventually Aguri broke that silence. "You're improving. Last time I looked after you, you couldn't even get halfway across the room." "Yeah I guess so." Alice said unenthusiastically. Aguri gave her a puzzled look. "What's wrong? Why do you sound so bummed out?" she asked. Alice let out a sigh before answering. "It's just so frustrating. I have trouble getting my body to do what I want it to. It takes so much effort just to do simple tasks." Aguri gave Alice a sympathetic look. "But your body is still healing. It is going to take some time before everything is back to normal." "I'm just tired of feeling like a burden." Alice muttered. Aguri looked at her with wide eyes. "Alice! You're not a burden! Everyone is happy to be able to take care of you!" she exclaimed astonished.  "That doesn't stop me from feeling guilty! I put you and everyone through so much!" Alice yelled. Her words sounded like yelling but they didn't sound harsh ether. Aguri was silent and just kept walking for a few minutes. "Think of it this way, if you hadn't been poisoned then it would've been me instead." she stated. "If I had been poisoned I don't think I would've been able to pull through, like you did Alice." Those words honestly surprised Alice. She opened her mouth to speak, but Aguri cut her off. "I'm not strong like you are Alice. Your body is frail but you more than make up for it with your strong spirit and heart. That's why you were able to survive." Aguri said giving Alice a small smile. "Don't get me wrong your little stunt scared the living daylights out of me! But your sacrifice was never in vain, and we have never thought of you as a burden." Once she finished Alice felt tears start to form. "Thank you." she choked. Aguri looked away. "Wow! Since when have a sounded so sappy?" she thought aloud. Alice caught completely off guard form the statement burst out laughing in response. "Glad you smiled. As mean and rude as I can be I hate it when others are upset." Aguri said looking back at Alice. "Now I better get you back to your house before either you pass out or the sun goes down. If I don't then I am a dead women."

I hope I did good. I know that whenever I say something isn't good you guys say how good my chapter is. But let's face it, that doesn't change the fact that my self confidence is about the size of a speck of dust. I really need to stop waiting so long to post a chapter. You guys say I should take my time, but it shouldn't take me this long to get a chapter out. I love writing this story and it makes me so happy that people enjoy this. I never expected for this book to get as popular as it is. Over 500 views! That's a lot for a small account like me. Just thank you for all the support and I love you all!
