It was cold. Lithuania could feel the snow all around him. Not wanting to move he lay there. still as a rock. Even if he wanted to move how could he? The softness and pure white of the snow felt out of place. Still, Lithania lay there. After all why would he want to get up?
BANG! Lithuania's eyes bolted open. He sat strait up after hearing the lound sound. What has he done now? Lithuania thought. He rubbed his eyes and headed out the door and down the stairs.
"Poland?" He called, "Are you ok?"
There was no reply. Lithania suddenly began to feel the panic build up inside of him. CRASH! That came from the Library. He ran to the door of the Library, he hesitated for a moment then burst through the door. Piles of books where scatterd around the room.
"Poland!" He couldn't stop panicing, "Poland! Answer me Poland!" No reply. Then he saw it. A stream of red liquid slowly running towards him. Blood? No it's to thin. It doesn't smell right eathier. Lithuania calmed down.
"Feliks, this isn't funny." Lithuania sighed as a head with blonde hair poked around the door of the library.
"Like, what gave it away?" Poland asked.
"Why does that matter?"Lithuania sighed.
"I like totaly need to improve."
"No you don't"
Poland had always been like this. At every given oppertunity he'd find some way to worry/prank Lithuania.
"So can you like clean up, Liet?"
Nothing new. He would never take responabilty and clean up.
Lithuania sighed, he was tired of having work dumped on him but he was glad nothing had happened to Poland, "Only if you help."
The two of them began to clean up the mess Poland had made in the process of trying to prank Lithuania, however at some point during the job Poland had picked up one of the books and began to read it. Lithuania caught on this but didn't care he knew, even though it sometimes didn't seem like it, Poland cared deeply for him. He smiled at Poland, been carefull that Poland did not notice, but deep down he wanted Poland to notice and smile back with a nice smile not one of his mocking smiles. A genuine smile. A loving smile. His wish was not granted though. Poland just kept reading....
After cleaning up it was already 10am.
"Liet," Poland moaned "Im hungry!"
Lithuania sighed, "We've got no food in, we'll have to get breakfast in town today."
A frown grew on Polands face. Lithuania thought he was just been childish but then he saw the anxiety in his eyes. I know he's anxious toward strangers, but he's normaly fine going out. This was something else.
"Are you sure we've got nothing in?" There was definetly something wrong, his tone of voice and his way of speaking made it obvious. Lithuania was worried for Poland, he didn't want to say anything, but he was worried.
"Nothing at all." Lithuania replied, "If you want we could just go to the shop."
Poland still looked unsure, "...Sure..."
Lithuania couldn't help but wonder what was wrong, why didn't he want to go out? What was bothering him? He'd been acting normal before he brought up leaving the house.
They both got ready to go and set off walking to the shop.

Hi this is my first time writing a Hetalia Fanfic, or really any fanfic at all so the characters personalities will probably be a bit off. Hope you enjoy, I'll try publish a chapter every few days averaging around 500+ words. Sorry if the endings a bit ... well boring. THIS WILL NOT BE SMUT!!! Just a nice story about LietPol. I might through in a bit of angst.
