Meet Alaïa Yraumin, known by few as the lost princess. After decades of traveling across Middle Earth, she finally thought she was going to settle down in Rivendell, but she receives a letter by a friend asking for help, and she did not think twice...
Finally after all these decades searching, I found it. I was eager to arrive to Rivendell and rest in a real bed. But don't get me wrong I am not an elf, I'm a dwelf, an old race now extinct and I happen to be the last one of them and on top of that, the princess. This title of course has no use now, but the elves of Rivendell insisted in treating me like that. Sure I wasn't going to complain, they did everything for me: beautiful handmade dresses, delicious food, incredible views... and finally I was going to settle here.
I was walking though the yards loving the sound of water. This place was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen and I was so mesmerized thinking that I didn't notice a certain elf.
-Lady Alaïa- said Lindir bowing slightly
-Lindir, how many times do I have to tell you not to treat me like that. We've known each other for some years now- I said laughing. These elves could be too polite sometimes
-Okay, Laïa we've received a letter and it's for you- he looked serious now
He handed the letter and it was from Gandalf.
"Lady Alaïa Yraumin, princess of the old dwelven folk, I'm writing you because I know you found what I've sent you for so many years ago. You must come to the Shire for Thorin Oakenshield is going on a quest to reclaim Erebor and he has asked me to inform you. I think it would be wise for you to join, as you know the kingdom of Ereglom, the old kingdom of the dwelves is there and is your fate to go. This wizard is crazy how am I going to be in Bree in three days!!! I looked up at Lindir.
-Well?- asked Lindir
Reality hit me and and the rush too. -Lindir, I need you to prepare my horse, Naina, my weapons and food while I go and find my traveling clothes and medicines- I said quickly heading to my room.
-But where are you going?- he asked
-I'm sorry but I can tell you that. You must inform Lord Elrond I'm going away for a while- I said firmly
With that, we parted ways and I started packing for the next adventure.
