~ Kayla's P.O.V~

I got home and I noticed I was home alone. There was a note on the board posted telling me where everyone was gonna be. My parents were still at work, my little brother was doing after school and my older sister was at work. I smiled and unzipped my shorts and threw it on the floor. "Muuuuuch betterrrr," I said out loud in relieve. I went up stairs to my room and plopped on my bed. I was half asleep until my phone vibrated. It was a text message from David and it said "I'm coming over, so be prepared for me 😜." I giggled, he lived just down the street from me so he would be here any minute now.

I walked downstairs onto the second level and then walked downstairs to the first level and prepared the studio for David. I finished and then heard the doorbell rang. I ran upstairs to the second level and skipped to the door. I reached to unlock the door but I stopped myself. "Waaaait a minute....my pantss....I mean my shortssss...where are they again?" I said to myself. I looked around and saw my shorts sitting ontop of the dining room table. I grabbed them and slid them back on. I heard knocking and rushed to the door to open it for David.

"Well it's about damn time Kayla!" David said jokingly. I replied, "Imma need you to calm ish that down." "Wellllllll damn girl you the one that had me out there for 2 HOUURS," he had put the emphasis in hours and I busted out laughing.

David then went downstairs and I went up to my room to text my mom that David was over.

~ David's P.O.V ~

I walked downstairs and went straight to Kayla's studio. Mannnnnnn it was nice! The last time I saw it was when it was half way finish over the summer. I was in love. Kayla is the bestest fried anyone can ask for and I don't think she realizes how much she helps me....

I was down there for hours trying to get this new song I wrote myself down. It felt so good just to let it all out. Once I got finish with the song it was 5:00pm, it took me over 2 hours to get it done. I felt accomplished then shut the studio down and walked to the third floor to Kayla's room...

Kayla's door was wide open so I walked in her room and saw her laying on her bed covered up watching Rush Hour 2. I sware she watches this movie every day.

Me: "Nigga agaiiiiiiin?" I questioned. She replied laughing

Kayla: "You act like I watch this movie every day."

Me: I replied laughing " It's because you do!!!!! OMG Kayla..."

She denied it again and then asked me if I was done. I told her that I was done then gave Kayla a big hug, thanked her and told her I was leaving. Kayla paused her movie then jumped up out of her bed liek a damn monkey  to walk me out.

~ Kayla's P.O.V ~

As David was walking home my sister pulled up with my brother. She picked him up since she got off at the same time he got done with school and her job is beside my brothers school. About 5 minutes later my parents arrived home and they greeted us. My mom got settled in and began cooking dinner. I went in my room and waited until we was all called for dinner. My dad took a shower in my parents room that was located on the 4th floor. My house had 4 levels and my room, my sister's and my brother's room was all located on the 3rd floor along with 2 extra bedrooms and some sitting space, Our den was the big room where you first walked in when you entered my house, and our living room was on the same floor as the den,

While waiting for dinner I layed on my bed then received a message from Shay.

Shay: What do you think is gonna happen to our school tomorrow now that MB is going?

Me: Lmfao Westside High hoes gone be on them I know 😩😂😂😂

Shay: Lol true, but are you excited?

Me: Yeah, I just hope they cool and not all about the money. I hope they not all into themselves...😒

Shay: Ikr, they can act cool on the stage and act different in person.

Me: Foreal their concerts be turnt 🙌🙌 I loveeee that vibe. lol they got a good vibe. We haven't been to one in like 5 months lol. I hope they go back on tour this summer.

Shay: lol Foreal and me too!!!!

With that my mom called us up for dinner and we all went and ate dinner together.
