-Toni POV-
It's been a about a week since the serpents have moved schools, and most students aren't thrilled. The principal doesn't even like us, he suspects us to be a gang. The only people here for us are Cheryl, Archie, Veronica, Betty, Kevin, and Josie. Luckily for me, that's all I need–hell, even Cheryl is enough. She's always making sure the serpents feel right at home. When I entered school with Jug and Sweet Pea, the principal approached us with a stern look. "You serpents need to start wearing appropriate clothing to Riverdale." He said. We all raised our eyebrows at the man. "I suggest wearing these uniforms until you can figure out what you can and cannot wear here." He demanded as he handed us school uniforms. I held mine far from me and eyed it up and down. It was a navy blue shirt with an 'r' in the top right corner and it came with a grey, black, and blue skirt. The guys just had to wear dress pants with their shirt. Jughead, Sweet Pea, and I all looked at each other and shrugged. What could we possibly do? I took out my phone and texted Cheryl what just happened, then she responded– telling me that we were going to go shopping after school for some clothes. I looked at the boys and smiled, "Well, after school I'm shopping so you can have fun figuring out how to beat the dress code." Jughead grabbed my shoulder and sighed. "Can Sweet Pea and I come along? 'Cause we aren't wearing these things to school." He said and I nodded. I started walking away, but then I turned around with a smile. "By the way, Cheryl is taking us." I heard groans as I walked back into Riverdale High. I went by Cheryl and she gave me a frightened look. "What happened?" I asked her. She handed me a slip of paper that read, Cheryl Blossom. The queen bee. Although, everyone hates you. Why might that be? I know your secret xoxo. Cheryl sighed with a shrug. "It's true, everyone does hate me here so I don't understand why they follow me. Why do they all hate me?" She asked, almost in tears. I gave her a small smile and put her hand in mine with a smile. "You are an amazing person, Cheryl. I don't know why people hate you, you just tell the truth. You're not mean, I don't think you are. You're like my favorite person I know." I told her. Cheryl smiled and nodded. "C'mon," I said, "let's get to class." I wrapped my arm around her and we walked to our next class.
-Cheryl POV-
After school, I picked up Toni, Jughead, and Sweet Pea to go shopping with. Toni and I sang along with the music playing in the car and one by one, Hobo and Sweet Pea started joining along. When we got to the mall, we entered the first clothing store we saw. I grabbed Jughead a black T-shirt and a pair of jeans, Toni– a flannel and jean shorts, and Sweet Pea– a pair of jeans and a blue shirt. They all tried on their clothes and showed me, I smiled and clapped. Of course, I did well. "Jug and Sweet, go get yourselves more jeans and shirts. Toni, let's go find you some more flannel, jean shorts, jeans, and jean skirts!" I exclaimed. I took Toni's hand and we went back to the women's section and grabbed five more flannels, two pairs of jeans, jean skirts, and one more pair of jean shorts. After everyone finished trying everything on, I bought all the clothes. "Thank you, Cheryl." Jughead said as we left the store. "Thank you," Sweet Pea and Toni said after Jughead. I smiled at them, "No problem." About an hour later, I dropped everyone off but Toni. "Thanks again," she said, "you're a great person, don't forget that. If you were rude, you wouldn't have done that for us today." Toni said as she got out of the car. I smiled at her with a blush, "See you tomorrow, Toni." I said. She waved with a smile, and then she was gone.
