Chapter Two

I squint my eyes as I slowly adjust to the sunlight peeking through the blinds, dying to shine all the way through. I sit up against my pillows and headboard. I grab my phone from the nightstand.

2 NewMessages

As soon as I punch in my password, I go directly to my messages. In bold letters, indicating that I have a new message from one of my contacts, it says Liam and as I look below his name, it says Unknown.

Why does this person keep messaging me? How did he get my number? I decided to look at the Unknown person's message before I answer Liam's text message.

Unknown: That's for me to know and you to find out. You're beautiful.

Wow. So now this guy knows what I look like. Great. I have a stalker now! Just what I wanted.

Me: How do you know what I look like?!?!

I am slightly nervous as I wait for this guy's response. Or at least I hope, it's a guy.

After 10 minutes of waiting for his response, I text Liam back.

Liam:Hey love :) I have a baseball game tonight and I am pitching :DI would love for you to come!

"Awe" I say out loud as I reply to his text.

Me: Yeah babe I would love to come. What time?

It wasn't long before he replied.

Liam: Around 4:30. I wanted to pick you up.. I don't want you to waste your gas :)

Me:Sure! Sounds perfect :)

Liam: Okay I'll see you later then beautiful:)

I looked at the time and the clock read 2:30. I still have two hours. I stat to find my ball cap and outfit. The new white Converse that I bought yesterday would really compliment my outfit.

As it nears 4:30, I put on my outfit, ball cap, and Converse. I walk downstairs and my mom asks where I'm going.

"I'm going with Liam to his baseball game." I reply as the door bell rings. I walk over and opened the door slowly.

The more I open the door, the more I reveal my six foot tall, blue eyed, curly haired boyfriend leaning up against the door frame.
