hey guys welcome back.

so last lesson i used the word 안녕 as an example today i will teach you the meaning of this word.

안녕(annyeong) is an informal way of saying hello. usually it is translated as hi instead of hello. this term is used usually with good friends.

안녕하세요( annyeonghaseyo) this term is used with people older then you, your parents, teachers, boss, co workers, and when you see someone in the morning

안녕하세요  also means good morning, good evening,  and how are you?

안녕하세요? would mean how are you because of the ?

how to say goodbye

informal : 잘가 (Jalga) usually used with your friends

or

formal: 안녕히가세요 (annyeonghi-gaseyo) used when you are saying goodbye to someone older than you.

when you first meet someone you usually while talking say nice to meet you. it could be in the middle of the conversation the beginning but most of the time its in the end.

so how to say nice to meet you in korean (한글) is:

before i show you and tell you how to pronounce it i just want to note this is one of the terms my korean friend 하나 taught me. we met on the app hello talk. i do suggest getting this app you basically talk to people who know the language you want to learn even with time difference it's still fun

ok so how to say nice to meet you:

만나서 반가워요. (Mannaseo-bangawoyo)

ok so lets say you met someone in korea and they start talking to you this is basically an example of small talk.

this will be a formal conversation. that you have to fill in the blanks in the comments

the name on the person you are talking to is 천사 (cheonsa)

천사: 안녕하세요!

you: (fill in through the comments using #1)

you guys continue talking using words i'll teach you guys later

you: (#2)

천사: 네! 만나서 반가워요!!

(네 will be in the next lesson it's simple it means your agreeing to what the person your talking to said)

천사: 안녕히가세요.

you: (#3)

now this is a simple assessment tell me the blanks in the comments. also everything i put in this please write it down the more you write the better your handwriting will be with korean.
