She is only fifteen
And no one sees
That this girl isnt who she wants to be
She doesn't eat
She rarely sleeps
She draws on her arm and leaves red paint stains
No one can see through this fake facade
She puts on a pained smile everyday
Trying to hide the fact that she is not okay
Everyone sees this strong, powerful girl
When all she really is, is a weak broken girl waiting to be saved
She tries to reach out to her parents
Wanting to be okay again
But they just tell her she is fine and it is only a phase
After all, she is only fifteen
