Chapter 6 jail

Sophie's POV
Me and the others plus Erik and James were all hangout we were just walking back from the mall when we ran into some larries Tori said "what do you want from us?" They said "for you to stop bothering us and stop getting the parents involved." She said "girl you're bothering us we're not doing anything to you." One of the girls said "Then why are multiple of our friends in the hospital?" I said "you put some of us there too their out now but you guys did a lot of the damage guys too you guys started this war." They said "well then we'll do more." Then they got closer to Tori I said "Tori let's go their not wroth our time or wroth is anymore they obviously don't understand English." She said "I say they are but don't want to get in trouble so let's go."

Then the girl pounced on Tori I tried to get her off of her but they wouldn't budge carsen and Freddie came to help and bear they tried to get them apart I said "guys stop that's enough!!" Then the police arrived and said "you guys are coming with us." I didn't even do anything I was just trying to make them stop but then we all ended up getting in trouble sigh we got into the car and they took us to jail and put us in jail. Tori said to the girl "great now we're going to be in even bigger trouble because of you idiots." The girl rolled her eyes and said "they'll never believe Louis's your dad because he isn't." Tori went over to her but Freddie stepped in front of her and said "don't." She said "Freddie she just said that our dad isn't my dad." He said "I know trust me I grew up with people like her they're not going to listen and hurting them won't do you any good either." Tori sighed and crossed her arms and sat down, then a police officer Came over I said "officer can you please let me go I didn't do anything." She said "sorry miss can't do that." I said "do you know who my father is?" She said "no miss." I said "well call this number and see who picks up." I handed her the number she called it and told my parents what happened. She said "they're on their way. And I'm 100% sure that he's not your father." I said "wait and see and then he'll sue you." Carsen said "we can't sue the police Sophie." I said "I didn't do anything all I did was try and stop it." The police said "Exactly that's doing something." One of the girls said "mom let me out please." The police let her out and said "your father is here your going home with him." The girl said "bye losers." I glared at her and then our parents arrived my mom said "why are they here?" The police said "caught them fighting with these girls in the streets." Tori said "wasn't my fault this girl attacked me first when we were trying to walk away." The girl said "yeah see you in court I'm pressing charges." Tori said "bitch I'm suing your ass and pressing charges on you." Aunt Eleanor said "Tori that's enough." Tori said "mom she attacked me when we were walking away I didn't do shit to her." Uncle Louis said "that's hard to believe love you had to do something to have provoked her." Tori said "dad it's true I told them we were leaving and I didn't want to get in trouble and this girl attacked me." My mom sighed and said "can you please let them out we're here now and I'm really not in the mood for tori to be fighting with her parents like usually." Aunt Eleanor rolled her eyes and The police said "but their not your children." My mom raised a eyebrow and said "um excuse me yes they are now please let them out they are my children they came out of me so please let them out I have all their info too." Another officer came and gasped and let our kids out she said "this is why I don't like larries I wonder why you aren't in jail yet they are their kids leave them alone and leave their families alone no wonder why so many of your kids are here. Here you guys go so you guys pressing charges?" Aunt Eleanor said "yeah on the girl that attacked my girl for no reason." The girl said "I had a reason she put my friend in the hospital just because she said Louis isn't her father which is true." Uncle Louis said "we're suing you for saying that too keep running your mouth and we just have more to use against you." She stopped after that and Then we left my mom said "what did you and carsen do?" I said "nothing we were trying to stop it then we ended up here." My dad said "we figured it was only Freddie and Tori." Tori said "it was only me but I was trying to walk away but she didn't let me meaning the girl it was all the girls fault but we got in trouble too cause the law is stupid." My mom said "because you were defending yourself that happened to your father too ugh the law annoys me cause all you guys did was defend yourself." Tori said "wait my father got arrested?" My mom looked at my Uncle Louis and he said "yeah I did for defending your mother because these girls were attacking her and cause I apparently pushed a papz but then your uncle oli bailed me out we still went to court and won thought." Freddie asked "was I around then?" He said "yeah but you were with your mother." He said "of course I was when wasn't I." My mom said "I know right that's what I say like you deserved to be with your father more than with her thank gosh you're with him now."

Then we headed to a restaurant and got dinner I actually ate this time because I was starving and didn't feel like starving myself anymore until I notice girl whispering and looking at me I stopped eating my mom said "you ok sweetheart?" I said "yeah I'm full." Then once everyone was done my dad paid and we left we got in the car and then headed home we got home and I went on my computer Eric came in and closed my laptop and said "what happened?" I said "nothing I didn't do anything I was trying to stop the fight but it didn't work and then we ended up in jail I didn't even touch the girl." He said "ok good I'm glad your out I figure you didn't do anything." I said "yeah I didn't." Eric said "would your folks mind if I stayed the night?" I said "I'll ask." I walked downstairs and my mom said "Eric is staying the night his parents are out of town and they asked if he could stay here we said yes so he's staying here door open at all times." I said "ok." Eric said "my parents talked to them?" I said "yeah." I set up his bed then showered got my pjs on and brushed my teeth I climbed into my bed and went to sleep and Eric climbed into his and went to sleep too.
