Chapter 7 court

Tori's POV
Today was my court date everyone was coming since they were my witnesses I know for a fact this girl is going to lie her way through this and that's against the law so she can't do that she will for sure end up in jail then. We all got into the car and we drove there of course larries and papz were outside.I rolled my eyes  We walked in and I stood with my parents and the girl was with her parents on the other side the judge came and said "ok so the Tomlinson's would like to press charges on the Colin's Because?" My mom said "because their daughter attacked our daughter when our daughter didn't do anything to her." She looked at the Colin's and said "is that true?" Her mother said "no she said she attacked her." I said "no I didn't bitch you attacked me you know it's against the law to lie in court and you'll end up in jail anyways for doing it." She said "bitch you attacked me and I know that I'm not lying you are  so your going to jail just like your dad did." The judge said "order order where's the witnesses?" They stood Sophie was the first to go up and the judge said "who attacked who first since you were at the scene?" She said "Callie did because we tried walking away and she just attacked her from behind." Callie said "well she fought back." I said "because you attacked me I was defending myself bitch." She rolled her eyes and the judge said "charges are pressed on the Colin's case closed." We won this one then Callie said "this isn't over." I said "it's way over for you." Her mother than came over to my mother and looked her up and down and said "you're such a bread No wonder why my daughter beat your daughter." My aunt Alex said "um excuse me did you just say that to her face in front of her children and husband?!?!? Wow you really are stupid like you don't say that ever to anyone they can press charges again on you for saying that." She glared at my aunt Alex and said "you're one too so I don't know what you're talking about so don't be telling me off." My aunt Alex was going to go up to her but My uncle Harry stopped her and said "don't." She glared at her  then we left and my mom said "honestly they'll never stop but they need to stop honestly it's getting out of hand." Aunt Alex said "you're telling me please I almost killed that bitch I swear to you if harry wasn't there I would have went off on her." My mom said "I could see you doing that." I said "I could too."

Then we got to a restaurant and had lunch we waited to be seated then we were seated and they were there too and they glared at me I flipped them off Callie came over to me and said "if you want to go meet me in the ally tomorrow." I said "I'm not doing anything and you're not allowed near me so go." She left then we sat down and ordered our drinks then our food I noticed Sophie wasn't eating I said "not hungry." She said "no." Then when everyone was done my dad paid and we left we headed to the car and of course papz were out there we got to the car and drove home and then we got home and watched movies the rest of the day then.

Then my aunt Alex called us down for dinner we all went down and ate but not Sophie I said "Sophie." She said "I'm not hungry leave me alone." My aunt Alex said "Sophie Anne don't give Tori a attitude." She said "whatever mom." And left the table and went upstairs I followed her and said "what's you're problem?" She said "nothing ok gosh." I said "Sophie what you're doing is going to kill you." She said "no it won't let me live my life." She then went to shower and then when she was done I showered and I got my pjs on and then I saw Sophie's wrist and she pulled down her selves and said "don't say a peep." I said "I won't if you stop." She just climbed into her bed and went to sleep and I did the same.
