Chapter 7: be our guest

Annalise POV:

I woke up  in the lounge room ?.  I had strong arms around so I ooked at who it was It was kol?, memory's of last night came back to me. Oh my gosh I am in kol's arms.

" um kol" I whispered , he groand and looked down he saw me, he let go in surprise then he sat on the couch.

" uh morning " he sounded nervous and I laughed .

" Morning " I sounded even nervous I basically poured my heart out to a stranger last night. We sat In silence for a while and he then started to speak.

" how much of last night do you remember" he had  an embarrassed look on his face.

" all of it " I replied, he looked down for a moment and then he went into the kitchen to grab a couple of blood bags. He sat back down and looked at me contently

" Annalise I won't tell anybody about what you told me it's between us" he handed me the blood bag. I can't believe how sweet he was being to me. Even last night I remember he was kind to me. I thanked him and at me I stared at him for a moment I was amazed I had only known him for a few days and he was horrible but then last night he showed that he can care. My gaze was brown when the  front door opened, I got up off the couch and ran up to my brothers and I  gave them a big hug

" You smell like alcohol  " Damon said with a smirk, i looked down at the ground trying to hold a laugh in.

" Yeah I um found your stash " I replied Damon just chuckled and patted my back he walked over to kol.

" Thank you for watching her " kol looked at him and nodded, i remembered the first day when kol and Klaus walked through those doors there was hositly in the room, Damon was much softer towards kol today.  Stephen turned towards klaus.

" Okay you found your witch and got your spell, I don't think you will be needing us and you will be keeping to your agreement klaus" he was serious but what agreement. Klause smiled

" thanks again for your help" he paused for a moment then spoke again " Actually there is one more thing, the mikleason family are now reunited and my mother is hosting a ball in honour of our family, you are invited" he had a smirk on face, my brother's looked at each other I was confsused I didn't know people still have balls but the mikealsons are so old fashioned still that it makes since. Damon turned to klaus

" We'll go " Damon said  then turned to me ' she stays" he pointed at me. I was infuriated.

" but damon" I said upset, kol noticed. He jumped up from the couch and walked over to my brothers.

"can I invite Annalise I promise nothing bad will happen to her I just need someone to hang out with, you know family dramas and all " he looked at klaus but it was a bad look , I looked at kol and he smiled at me. No way did kol just ask for me to come to the ball. Klaus looked at kol and smiled.

" of course she can we will just have to make some new arrangements " my brother's looked at each other and nodded but Stephen looks confused.

" what do you mean " Stephan said I was confused as well

" well the theme was originally the mikealson family getting back together but we could add Annalise as the long lost sister of the Salvator family ,two separate toasts " he answered excited. I was nervous now what if Aiden is there or one of his men no he wouldn't dare show up to a ball of the originals, especially when they don't like katherine he was her guest. I spoke up.

" Klaus you don't have to " he smiled and kissed my hand. I saw kol scowl.

" she is a very sweet girl " he said  to my brothers. I looked At kol and he rolled his eyes. " we should get going now kol " he tuned and  kol  looked at me.

" I will see you around" he went to grab my hand and then stopped himself he just walked off. What was that it's like whenever we get close he stops himself. The boys looked at me funny I just shrugged and walked back to my room I needed to message matt.

Text-

Me: hey Matt can you do me a favour?
Matt: yeah anything Annalise :)
Me: if my brothers ask if I have been to the grill at all can you tell them I haven't :)
Matt: sure no worries
Me : thank you so much , they don't need to know about my little drunk spree.
Matt: it's our secret ;)
Me: good ;)
Me :  also sorry about kol yesterday
Matt: it's totally fine Haha are you going to the ball
Me: I just got invited why ?are you going.?
Matt: yeah....rebeka wanted me to be her plus one.🙄
Me: awe have fun.
Matt: shut up its not like that 😂
Me: 😂

I looked up and I saw something on my desk , I walked over to the desk and picked up an envelope I opened it and started to read.

Dear Annalise
Your are invited to the Mikealson ball this Friday. please give us the greatest pleasure of announcing you as  our guest of honour. Kind regards Klaus.

I haven't been to a ball for a whole seems like forever really,  I am not so sure if I want to be announced as the guest of honour like what if someone who knew Aiden is there. Klaus gives me the creeps.... I am so over thinking this. I grabbed the invite I went to put it in my draw but in the draw I  found a note with a box

Dear Annalise
I thought you might like this I think you would look beautiful in it, I hope to see you Friday.

Wait they just left when did he store this here I shrugged at the thought I went to open the box there was a beautiful dress in it, I took it out and tried it on , it fit perfectly, But why would kol buy me this dress and when did the sudden niceness come from, I bet it's because  he now knows I am being chased and he feels sorry for me like I am his little charity or maybe not who knows.
