Rumors spread quickly about the assassinations of Raina Starr and the whole Skies family, other than Azure's toddler son, Orion.
Raina was killed by a group. People had become fed up easily with her style of governing. They hanged her on a willow tree in the middle of the town. People who suffered under her rejoiced happily, finally being free from the tyrant who once led them.
No one knows why the Skies were killed. Bentley Skies body was found in his own house, his throat slit. Azure was found outside a building in what once was Weather, her twisted body was almost unrecognizable. The window of the 12th floor was open, but no one was inside. The warehouse was abandoned. Byron Camden's body was never found, leaving some to think he was still alive, or fled. People accuse him for the murder.
People are fearful of the sudden violence erupting. No one knows why this is occurring. More importantly, no one knows who's next.
Only one thing is for sure. While these people are being discovered, no one is safe.
