No attacks have been recorded of the Second War yet. Since the bombing, things have been dangerously quiet. But, we are all aware that this is far from over.
The soilders of Mind are now living undercover amongst Natures, who have either chosen or were forced to join alongside Mind. They fight for something worthwhile, and this is seen with Kristofer's promise of an end to the sect system and freedom of all slaves, though the outrage was horendous. Some people used slaves to declare their place as upper classmen. Freeing so many is going to be a challange. Kristofer Starr, who had been missing for a few days came back on his own though was badly wounded. He is now treated and in Nature with his allies, leading them along in their fight for equality. However, with the injury to his leg, it may be a while till he fights alongside the others.
As for Fire, they remain in the Cave. Flint has finally returned from Mind, with the heads of people who survived the bombs.
"Use them as your example." He tells his inhabitants and fugitives. "This is what we fight for. We kill the rebels and restore the system that saved us from extinction. The Sect system is essential. When it goes, we go with it."
Tensions have been rising once more. The Fire Army prepares while Mind plans its next attack. The war may not be wanted by many, but it is the very decision of how we will live.
It's been about two days.
