* Minato's POV *

"Kakashi is late, that's weird... I'm going to go see if he's at home." I was extremely concerned, usually, Kakashi is early no matter what type of mission we are scheduled to go on.

"Let me go too, Sensei!" Rin squealed and attempted to follow me, I swear fangirls never give up.

"No Rin, this is not the time to be a fangirl! Something could be seriously wrong!" I scolded the brunette. In order to ensure that she didn't follow me, I used the Flying Thunder God Technique, quickly appearing on my silver-haired student's doorstep. After a third knock, I hear a loud snarl accompanied by  Kakashi's voice yelling, "Coming!"

 When the silverette opened his front door I instantly knew something was up. He was still wearing pyjamas, his hair messy. "What do you want?" He practically snarled at me, an intense glare aimed at my face.

* Kakashi's POV *

 When he responded with concern about my lateness, a quick lie escaped my masked lips. "I'm sick, go away." Annoyingly enough, he just ignored my last statement, pushed me aside, and walked into my house. "Hey, I can take care of myself!" I can't believe this bastard, who does he think he is?! He'll see Suska!

 "Nonsense Kakashi, let me help you!" I don't care how caring he's  trying to be, I don't need him! If he sees and tries to hurt Suska, I'll kill him! I tried to resist once more but this time he sent me an annoyed expression, forcing me to sit down on my couch. Just as he began to rummage through my fridge, and started to make me some soup.

 "Oh fuck.... she's going to wake up once she smells the baked potato soup..." I whispered in a panic, this is not going to be good.

 "Did you say something, Kakashi?" My bitchy sensei responded 'sweetly', only succeeding in annoying and worrying me even more. Before I could respond, a dark aura leaked into the living room and kitchen, coming from my bedroom. It was a strangling sensation, like pure darkness taking the form of tendrils, snaking around our two forms. I could see Minato-Sensei's blue eyes widen, he was gasping for breath. Down the hallway all you could see was black, that was until a pair of glowing red eyes appeared, Suska was awake and very angry...

 * Suska's POV *

 I could feel the lack of Kakabaka's body heat, he was up for some reason, I couldn't tell why because my mind was half gone, in the clutches of sleep. The scent of delicious potato soup trailed into my nose, successfully breaking me from the binding chains of unconsciousness. "There's someone else here..."  A snarl escaped my dry throat, a deep darkness leaking from my ferocious form. Pure bloodlust, killing intent, and pure anger radiated from me as I stalked off to see the intruder.

 He was a tall blonde, his pupils turned minuscule, his body pale. He was filled with pure horror as I was revealed from the shadows. He was shaking like a leaf, filling me with amusement and a deep, feral instinct urging me to shred his mortal body into bits. Scaly lips pulled back, my sharp fangs revealed themselves, a deep rumble sounding from my vocal cords as I stalked forwards. Just as I was about to end that miserable bitch's life, a small pair of arms wrapped around my neck. "Suska, stop! It's okay, relax!" A gentle voice snapped me out of my rabid state. It was Kakashi, his charcoal-black eyes silently begging me to stop. My sanguine eyes trailed back to the terrified man before they returned to the kid that I might as well call 'master' since I'm the equivalent of a dog now. I huffed, a small plume of smoke escaped my nostrils as I nodded and turned to the left, hopping onto the brown leather couch.

 "Fine, but he better not hurt you or reveal me to the world. If he does, I'll kill him!" I told Kakashi, yawning as exhaustion trying to ensnare me once more. 'Master' nodded in understanding, giving my side a loving rub before turning towards Mr.YellowDude, the man looking like he was just about to faint. Then, he did hehe, what a weakling. My eyelids grew heavy, slowly closing, leading me back to the irresistable drug called sleep.

 * Kakashi's POV *

 "Holy shit, that was intense." I couldn't help but gasp, the reality of the situation finally getting to me. Suska went completely insane when she woke up and sensed another person in our house. I guess I can always feel safe now, knowing that she would keep me safe. "I guess the plan of today's mission went out the window..." Either we could trust Minato-Sensei with Suska's secret -which is highly unlikely- or I could convince him that it was just a crazy dream, I'll have to make up a story about why he's here, shouldn't be too hard, Sensei can be a fool at times." I muttered and turned off the oven's flames, placing the soup pot into my fridge.
