I remember one summer we did not have anything to do in the summer of 2015 and we were lounging on the couch in my living room trying to find a movie or TV show on Netflix that was enjoyable and that we had not watched already and you came up with the brilliant idea to go on a road trip. Of course I was reluctant at first but you ended up persuading me to do it with you and it was the best thing I have ever done.
We drove all the way to Canon Beach and then to Salem, Oregon before heading back home to the city of Washington. I wouldn't trade that moment for anything in the world. Because that day at Canon Beach was the day you realized you loved me too.
