Ron thinks it's adorable when Hermione forgets she's a witch and does things the muggle way, like cooking, cleaning up messes, getting a chair to stand on when she can't reach a book.
He finds it so adorable that at some point he stops reminding her that she's a witch and just helps her do whatever she's doing. Like she'll spill a drink over during a date and get all flustered and start cleaning up with napkins, and Ron just grabs more napkins and helps.
