Chapter 25

April's POV
As I made my way to Diana's room, I realized that we were on the maternity floor... The cries of newborn babies filled my ears & gave me the chills
Why on earth did they bring Diana into the maternity floor? Did they not have enough space for her to stay in the normal adult floor?

I walk in & find Diana drowning in her own tears, I run towards her & hug her as tightly as possible
"Its okay, you're okay now nothing to worry about" I say trying to console her
"Its not that..Didn't the doctor tell you already?" She stutters
I was confused ..was she crying because she found out that I wasn't going to be here when she gets out?..But she mentioned the doctor? But the problem with her kidney wasn't that serious & most likely to go away with the medicine.. Am I missing something here?

" Um the problem with your kidney?" I ask
" No that I was pregnant & I had a miscarriage "
I was in shock, I was speechless. I tried to find the right words to responde.. but I couldn't.

" Whatt How???? But you drank the after pill right away after what happened with Liam or did you sleep with someone else ?!" I say
This was totally impossible! The after pill always works...well somtimes
"If I would have slept with someone else you would have known April! & I know but the after pill doesn't always work, according to the doctor it didn't work.. I was about 3weeks along.." She said & continued to burst in tears more

What has Liam done.. This is unforgivable
" LIAM ALMOST MURDERED ME .. & MOST OF ALL HE MURDERED MY BABY " Diana screamed at the top of her lungs & was cut off by nurses rushing into her room & holding her back
Liam tried to walk in, & Diana spotted him " GET OUT OF HERE YOU MURDER I HATE YOU WITH ALL MY GUTS "

" Why did she call me a murder? Is all this medication going to her head now" Liam said in a witty tone
It really got to me that he thinks this a joke
My impulsive action took over me & did what I had to do
I slapped him with all my will. Harry pulled me away from him before I could hurt him more
" She was pregnant of YOU & she had a miscarriage because of YOU. YOU killed your own child, what a pity." I finally let out the reason from my action.

Harry finally let go of me & took a few steps towards Liam
Liam stood there looking as white as paper could ever be.
