Flashback: Ultra Rose

The day started like any other: I got up, showered, got dressed, and trained with Mina, but today was different. Mina was lying on top of me this morning, still asleep. I had to gently and slowly slide out from under her so I could get back on track. When I finally made it out, I felt a pair of two pink arms around my waist.

"You didn't really think I was that heavy of a sleeper, did you?" I shook my head. Honestly, I should have known better. I unwrap her arms for her to wrap her legs around me! Aye yai yai, this will never end! Well, if you can't beat 'em, JOIN 'EM! I spin her around so now she is sitting on my lap, facing me. We share a laugh before locking lips again. This goes on for a while, us acting like complete idiots, before we finally get ready. We get in our training clothes and drove to the junkyard. We warmed up, got the old hammys stretched, and began practicing our techniques. Mina went first, starting with acid spear and melting point, where she focuses most of her acid on her hands, and she fires at a target. I was up next, going with Rose first, starting with Pink Penetration, a technique used only on non-living enemies. First, a pink energy blade comes out of my right hand, I fly towards an opponent, smacking them with the blade, then firing razor sharp energy spikes into my opponent, exploding on contact. Next was the scythe of reckoning, a giant pink energy scythe used to cut and slice. Finally, was the blue energy cannon, a massive discharge of blue energy in Blue mode that causes massive damage. After that, we took a break, talking about stuff and things. I told her I wanted to push my limits with Rose, and by now, she knew I was serious about getting stronger. I wanted to protect her. She tossed acid balls at me. I blasted them out of the air, the strain started getting to me. I kept going, however. It took all day but Ultra Rose had been achieved.

"I-I did it... I DID IT! HAHAHAHAHA! FINALLY!" Mina ran over and hugged me. She looked so happy. Granted, she was almost always happy, but she seemed happy for me, knowing I was as strong as I could be.

"I'm so happy for you! And just in time too! Graduation is in a week, and I wanted you to be there!"

I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Mina, the love of my life, my alien queen, asked me to her graduation! EEEEEEEEE! No, no, no. Calm down. Don't panic. Stay cool.

" OH MY GOD YES YES YES A MILLION TIMES YES!" I slap myself. So much for staying cool, jackass!

"Great! I'm so excited! Finally graduating from U.A.! If it weren't for that school, we never would have met."
