Tobias woke up the next day, he went into the common room to have all the Slytherins coming up to him. Mumbling nonsense such as 'Slytherin heir'- 'finally justice'- 'congratulations'- Tobias had no clue how to process all of this affection. He did notice that his brother was being avoided like the plague however, just because they had been spotted at the crime scene. At first Tobias thought he had gotten away, it was on the way back to the common room a first year spoke up. Tobias wanted nothing more than to tape his mouth shut, yet Severus had escorted them back and so he couldn't act out. This was a topic of conversation for a later date, Tobias could sense the man over flowing with questions.

At this moment in time, Tobias just wanted food. So he sat down and filled his plate, a note that was enchanted to fly landed softly on his lap. Naturally he opened it. After reading it once he almost choked on his drink. He spluttered, someone knew about him and Draco.

So Potter has a fling with Malfoy, really cute if you ask for an opinion. Especially that little kiss in the hallway before the feast, the one you missed for punching Stephen. Your secret shall be held close, that is If when another note falls onto your lap with a question. An answer is received, leave the paper in the place located on the paper. Many thanks the person who will forge your future. - XxX

Tobias is going to break, he scrunched the paper into a ball and pocketed it. He knows it's a third year or above, that charm is not taught to the younger years. It was clearly a male with that chicken scratch, it was black ink so he couldn't rule a lot of people out. Just a few. He would observe the writing, the language used and try read anything he could get his hands on. He could even set up a trap when he is given his first question, they would probably ask for homework answers if it was a student. Which it had to be. No teacher has the handwriting like the notes, he sighed and jumped into another conversation with Draco and Pansy. He didn't need to bother Draco, this should be interesting, Tobias always loved mysteries. So when a note landed on his lap during his free period, he couldn't contain his excitement.

He had just gotten out of potions with his Godfather trying to constantly, secretively pester him about that night with the blood on the wall. He refused to speak, he didn't want to cause anymore trouble then he already had. Draco had went off with Goyle and a boy called Blaze, so he was alone and reading a book on Occlumency. He had to cover the front, any teacher who saw this would immediately have a problem, at least that was what Severus had said to him. With the piece of paper still clutched in his hand he unfolded the parchment, he thought he would be forced to answer unbelievable, intimate, personal questions. Then, clear as day, it read plainly: What is your middle name? (Tree by the black lake, under the rock.) that wasn't personal. Was someone writing his biography?

He turned the paper over and neatly, and as legibly as he could wrote the name Sirius he folded it back up. That was that, he gathered his things and made his was down to the black lake. He sat down at the tree, with a charm to make sure it remained clean, the rock was placed back down onto the paper. With this free time before History of Magic, he lay his back into the trunk of the tree. An intake of air, then let it filter out. It was...peaceful. Until the twins and Lee Jordan came running out into the grass field. They had firecrackers and fireworks, roaring with laughter they set one off. When it exploded it formed a beautiful orange and green dragon, this creation lasted longer then Muggle ones and came to life. Fred, George and Lee were bound to be in at least a week of detention from Mcgonagall. Tobias found them funny, the trio brought life to Hogwarts especially the quidditch matches.

Time went by quickly, Tobias climbed back up the hill and into the castle. His class was on the fourth floor, so he made his way up alone. That was until he was joined by a red faced Seamus Finnigan. He had missed his Irish friend.

'Seamus, how are you?' Tobias asked politely.
'I'm tired, I ran up the stairs after you.' Seamus did seem out of breath, so Tobias pulled out his bottle of water and handed it to the small boy.
'Thank you, by the way, I was wondering something. You don't have to tell me, but erm- what is your sexuality? Have you ever thought about it?' Did Seamus see? Seamus didn't see, Tobias was sure of it.
'Well, I'm leaning more towards being gay. I am thinking about it now, I know I have ages to think about it. Although I do feel, like I prefer males. Although I have not hit puberty yet, so I may suddenly take an interest in girls.' Tobias shrugged the weird question off, praying this would be the end of it.
'Well, you see, I am kind of in the same boat. I asked Dean about it, but he said he was too young to know. Which I understand, but I just started thinking about it.' This was definitely a weird conversation to have a catch up on.
'Well, you will find a guy or a girl, and then you will...know. I suppose.' Tobias only now realised how much he didn't know.
'Yeah, about that, I am kind of, well I like you.' Seamus mumbled the last part, his accent go increasingly thicker.
'Well, I'm honoured thank you. Although, I am actually seeing this guy. He is in our year.' Tobias tried to let him down easy, if it wasn't for Draco, Tobias would have said yes.
'Malfoy.'
'Yes?' A drawl came from behind them. Draco.
