There are no longer any rain clouds in the sky.
Only the beauty of night that has surrounded me my whole life.
I never can clearly see the future so I live at night where everything comes as a surprise.
The wind has died down there is no stress only peace.
My mind is at ease and the city lights that rest below my hill shine brightly.
Each one turned on by me and my happy smile and calm touch of the day.
I cannot let one fade away for there is light inside my soul in touching others.
But now I know my opinion should come of myself and not from others.
So I sit and wait as the clarity becomes reality.
One day I’ll be able to start my descent into the city and take my place among my friends.
I won’t be an outcast but until then I’ll sit here on this hill and wait.
While the clarity surrounds me and my smile stays on my face
