Falling from the darkness (Naruto Fanfic. Sasuke x Naruko)

Sober

Prologue

I could hear Ino laugh from where I sat, you could probably hear her all throughout the block, why does she always have to laugh so loud? I watched as Sakura pulled Hinata up the stairs with her so she wouldn't have to be alone. I sat on the couch in the living room beside Kiba, my boyfriend. "Hey, I have work tomorrow so I'm gonna head home." Kiba said to me and pulled me towards the door. "I'll walk with you, not like I have anywhere to be." I smiled by best fake smile as he grabbed my hand and we started walking down the street. "I'll text you later, night." Kiba said kissing my cheek as he walked into his house. "Yeah, see you." I mumbled and continued walking, like I said earlier, not like I have anywhere to be.

I covered my eyes as the sun blinded me, why the hell is it so bright, it felt like night was only a couple of hours ago rather than five. I walked towards my house putting my hands in my hoodie pockets. "Don't you look fine." A hungover creep said to me as I walked passed an alleyway, I continued walking and ignored him. "Where you going?" He started walking towards me and I speed up, but apparently it wasn't enough cause he ended up grabbing my arm. "What's wrong?" Hr slurred and leaned closer to my face, I lifted my knee and canned him, I took off in a run until I reached my house.

"Naruko, where were you I tried calling." Naruto said as I walked to my room. "Out, now can you leave, I have to get ready." I yelled and heard the front door open and close. "Hey Naruto, what are you doing here?" I heard Kiba's voice and immediately stopped in my tracks. "Naruko didn't come home last night." I ran into my room and locked the door, I then ran into the bathroom and turned on the shower. I stripped and hopped in, washing away everything that's happened in the last twelve hours. After my shower I put on a pair of jean shorts with black stocking, an orange tank top with a black crop top and a pair of combat boots. I took a look at the razor blade on the side of the sink and grabbed it, cutting five lines down the forearm of my left arm. "Naruko." I heard Kiba say as he knocked on my door and try opening it. "Just a minute, I'm drying my hair." I yelled to him and quickly grabbed a hoodie. "Hey." I said as I opened my door and went into the hallway. "So, Naruto says you didn't come home after the party last night." "Yeah, I took a walk then stayed at a motel for the night." I lied and smiled at him. "Don't lie to me, I know that's not true." Kiba said and followed me into the kitchen. "Relax, nothing happened, I stayed at a friends." I lied again and got a bottle of water out of the fridge. "You've cut again haven't you, and you've thought of it." I stiffened the took a breath and smiled. "What makes you say that?" I asked, Kiba pulled a bottle of sleeping pills out of his pocket and placed it on the counter. "This, why do you even have these?" I sighed in frustration and turned towards the sink where dirty dishes piled up. "Answer me!" He yelled and slammed his fist on the counter. "It's not like I'm even gonna remember, just save your breath." I said, I heard the front door open then slam closed. I just stood there looking at the pill bottle. "Why does this always happen?" I asked myself as I grabbed it and stood in the middle of the kitchen. "A handful of these and it's all over, no more dealing with everyone around you." I continued, but I couldn't, I couldn't leave Kiba or Naruto, heck even Sasuke. I placed the bottle in my pocket and took off, not even bothering to grab my phone.

I walked into the house the party was at, I don't even know who's house this is, I just know that a party is going on here, and that I would be able to find Kiba here. I made my way to the kitchen, he couldn't of gotten here that long ago, he should still be getting a drink. I stopped in my tracks as soon as I found him. There he was, my boyfriend, making out with Hinata, a very drunk Hinata, but still, he was sober. They parted for breath and his eyes caught mine. "Shit, Naruko." Kiba said but I had already taken off in a run, I had no clue where I was going, but I was trying to leave everything behind. "Naruko, Naruko what's wrong?" I heard Gaara's voice and felt his hands on my shoulders, everything was so blurry, I couldn't see from my tears. "Leave me alone!" I yelled as pushed him away.

I started to remember everything, from when me and Naruto celebrated our birthday this year to when I started hanging around with the guys more, especially Sasuke 'cause he was always with my brother. Eventually his fan girls started getting jealous, they would leave nasty notes in my locker, on my desk, call me names. I could deal with that, it was when I started going out on dates and some of the guys started saying that I slept with them, and the fan girls started beating me up, that's when I distanced myself, then Kiba came and I was okay, up until last month, it started again and I just couldn't hold on. Now I'm in the middle of a forest... I think... crying my eyes out. I stood up a couple minutes later taking the pill bottle out of my pocket I poured some into my hand. "Everything will soon be over." I said as I put them into my mouth one by one until the world around me turned black and I hit the ground.

No One's POV
After Naruko ran into Gaara

Gaara toppled over but regained his balance. "Naruko!" Kiba yelled running towards Gaara then stopping. "What did you do?" Gaara asked the brown headed boy and he shrugged. "I might've made out with Hinata and Naruko saw." "Go and get Naruto, we have to find her." The red head snapped and Kuba called Naruto. Within five minutes both Naruto and Sasuke joined the other two in chasing Naruko. "If anything happens to her I'm blaming you." Naruto growled at Kiba as they ran into the small forest after Naruko. Right when they had her in sight they saw her hand by her mouth and ran faster. "Naruko!" Naruto yelled as she started to fall to the ground. "Please, please wake up." Naruto begged as he placed her head on his lap. Gaara and Kiba joined him by Naruko's body, but all Sasuke could do was watch, watch as the only girls who never fanned over him, the only person who treated him lower than dirt, and the one person he cared for, slip away from him.

A/N Okay, so I've been debating wether or not this is good enough to publish, if anyone will really read it, but I guess all that you can do is post and see what happens.... but I don't have a cover for it, so if anyone whats to help me out and edit a cover just comment and I'm PM you my email.... This chapter was inspired by the song Sober by P!nk, so listen to it and hopefully the chapter will make more sense...? This might also turn into a CMV when me and my friends not only find more people, but we also find a Sasuke to cosplay with us, but starting really soon we will be doing some simple Naruto and Sakura cosplay, maybe a little Naruko if I can find another person to help us, cause I'm supposed to be Naruko...
