Chapter 2

Naruko sat beside Sasuke on the couch as he grabbed his text books. "Okay, let's start off with what you do know." Sasuke said and Naruko looked at him. "I don't know grade ten math, so I did that last year, this year I have to work on both eleven and tweleve math, and I'm good at history." Sasuke sweat dropped and grabbed his old grade eleven math book. "Let's start with math then." Naruko shrugged, annoyed with being forced to do homework. "You're no fun duckbutt, what turned you into this anyway." Naruko said leaning back on the couch and crossing her arms. Sasuke's face went hard and he just focused on the book in front of him. "Let's just get to work." Naruko sighed but agreed anyway.

Time Skip

Naruko looked at the ceiling. Being that the apartment only had two rooms, and Sasuke was using hers, she had to sleep on the couch. Naruto did offer to let her stay in his room, but let's face it, if you had to choose between sleeping in the same bed as Naruto or an axe murder, we'd ALL pick the axe murder. But no, she said she was fine sleeping on the couch before Sasuke could ask. Still it wasn't as comfortable as she thought, maybe because when she fell asleep while doing homework she used Sasuke as both a pillow and bed... Not being able to sleep Naruko threw the blanket off her and put her feet over the edge of the bed... er.... chouch... "Can't sleep?" The blonde looked up to see the raven haired Uchiha leaning against the wall, in nothing but his pyjama pants. "If I took a picture and sent it to your fan girls would you hurt me?" Naruko asked as she smirked at him. "Try it, I dare you." Sasuke warned, only to hear a click and a giggle. "'Dear fan girls of Mr. Sasuke (Hot) Uchiha, please enjoy this picture of him with his shirt off, and his pyjama pants hanging low on his hips. Love, Naruko.'" Naruko read off as she said 'Hot' extremely sarcastically. "Don't send that." Sasuke said rushing over to her and pinning her hands above her head so she would drop her phone. "Relax, I was just messing, I don't even have the numbers for your fan girls." Naruko stated dropping her phone. "Good, now come on, let's go to bed." Sasuke grabbed her hand and dragged her into his room. "I was perfectly fine on the couch." Naruko said as she started to turn around. "Naruko, just get in the bed and go to sleep, you Dobe." "So, Teme, do you want to fight?" Naruko turned a around, pouncing on Sasuke, both falling onto the bed. They wrestled for a bit until Naruko gave up and set her head on a pillow. "Night Teme." "Night Dobe."

Naruko and Sasuke did sleep at different sides of the bed that night, keeping their distance, I'm not kidding, Sasuke has a freacking king size bed, there was a good 2 feet between them. Yet, in the morning, Sasuke woke up to Naruko in his arms, shortly after, Naruko woke up. Both not really caring, Naruko moved her head farther into Sasuke's chest. "I don't wasn't to go to school." Naruko whined, causing the Uchiha to smirk. "Good, cause it's the weekend, and I'm not getting up until Naruto leaves to go and see Sakura." Sasuke said, arms tightening around Naruko. Both were used to this, having grown up together they've had their fair share of sleepovers, Naruko always woke up to either Naruto or Sasuke's arms around her, sometimes both if she had a bad dream. When she was younger she'd have dreams that would freak her out, and they weren't just nightmares, they seemed worse for her, like living her life all over again. So she'd stay in her brothers room, then when Sasuke came to visit or they were sent to the Uchiha's house Naruko would stay with Sasuke. If the dream was so bad it made her scream, then she would wake up to being sandwiched by both Sasuke and Naruto. But the person to always hold her was Sasuke, Naruto would just flop his arms and legs over her. "Sasuke, did, did you have trouble sleeping some night when I was gone?" Naruko suddenly asked, Sasuke pulled her closed, wanting to make sure she was still there, that she had asked him that, that it wasn't just another dream. "Everynight. What about you?" Sasuke looked down at her, she still kept her head in his chest, her forehead right by his collar bones as her breath tickled his stomach. "Yeah, it's always hard, when I don't have someone beside me." Sasuke rested his chin on her head, his grip still tight, it seemed like a dream, like if he let her go, if her didn't touch her, if he couldn't feel her, she'd just leave, never to come back. "Naruko, I... I..." This is it, he could say it, just three words, three little words that he held back for years. "I'm leaving!" Naruto's voice rang as the door opened then slammed shut. "You had something to say Sasuke?" Naruko looked at him, sitting up slightly, causing the strap of her tank top to fall down her arm. "I'll tell you later, right now though, I think we should get some food." Sasuke sat up, stretching his arms over his head Naruko placed her hands on his shoulders. "You are not putting on a shirt, and you're giving me a piggy back ride to the kitchen." She said with a blank face. "And why am I not putting on a shirt?" Sasuke asked raising an eyebrow as he looked back at her. "Hey, I've been stuck in an all girls place for the past year, no guys, that and I like your abs." Yup, straight forward Naruko. Sasuke shook his head as Naruko jumped on his back. "Okay, to the kitchen!" She yelled putting her hand in the air as she wrapped her legs around Sasuke's waist. "I'm not your horse." He snarled at her, she just laughed as he placed her on the counter. "What do you want for food?" She asked Sasuke as he looked through cupboards. "Something edible." "So nothing Naruto makes?" Sasuke nodded as he continued to look.

A/N: Okay, running out of ideas is what you're probably wondering, no, there is reason! There always is... But wow 30 reads, I'm amazed how fast that happened, sure only nine on the actual first chapter, but still it's AWESOME! Anyway, I'm writing a one shot book, and I don't know what anime to write about first.... So, got any suggestions? Vote, Comment, and Follow!
