Jasmine's POV

I wake up to the sunshine, What a beautiful day. I take a shower, brush my teeth and slip on some sporty shorts and a blue racer back tank top.

I wear my new balance sneakers, and put my hair back in a ponytail.

I walk downstairs to see dad cooking a feast of, Bacon, pancakes, scrambled eggs, french toast and hash browns.

I smiled, I was very happy my dad was cooking breakfast. Mom never makes breakfast because she is always busy with work.

"Good morning dad!"

He jump and was startled. "Good morning sunshine, you scared me. What are you doing up so early?"

I laughed. "Sorry I scared you. I am going to do my morning jog, and mmm that smells yummy" I said while rubbing my tummy.

Dad laughed. " Eat up!"

I ate almost everything out of my plate, well I was going to burn the calories.

I walk to the door and grab my Ipod. "Dad see you later."

"Okay, see you later Jasmine."

I head out the door.

Excited about the fact I am jogging in California for the first time. I run a few blocks. The music really gets me into the exercising mood. I am glad because my favorite song goes on Face Down by Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, So the words slip out of my mouth, because I am so into it.

One look puts the rhythm in my hand.

Then I felt a pain on my head, I had no idea what happened. The I opened my eyes to reality and I figured since I closed my eyes and was into the song, I ran into a pole and realized I am on the floor. I touch my forhead and see blood. 'Okay do not panic.' I thought.

"Are you alright?" Some random boy said. He ran to me, I could only see his green eyes and tan skin, On his shoulder I saw a Tattoo, but couldn't figure out what it said.

I felt him carry me bridal style! What the hell?! I was so out of it, I did not realize nothing.

"Put me down! Before I punch you! Yes I am fine!"

He put me down and I ran without looking back, what sucks is that I hardly saw his face.

I walked into Dad's house.

I was startled at what just happened. I wonder who that guy was?

Dad opened his eyes like if he saw a ghost. "Jasmine, What happened?"

I sighed. "I ran into a pole."

Dad looks confused. " HOW'D YOU RUN IN A POLE?!"

"I am sorry dad, it's that I am a clutz." I was ashamed.

dad was pacing. " okay hospital, let me get changed.. oh what the heck I will just go in my pajamas."

Dad and me get into the his 2010 Toyota Camry.

Dad was driving like a maniac.

"Okay dad, it is not like I am dying, Please drive slower!"

At Cali Hospital:

"There is not to worry about minor injuries, no concusions" The doctor said.

"See dad, Nothing to worry about."

The doctor looked me straight in the eye and smiled, but not in a friendly way, in another way. "You may feel headaches, so take aspirin."

The doctor took some alcohol and rubbed it on my cut, then he put some bandage thing.

At home:

I look out the window of my room and I see Keith fighting with some guy. The guy was punching him and had him pinned to the floor. The guy was yelling "DON'T TRY TO BEAT ME UP, I DID NOT DO NOTHING, I WOULD KILL YOU. IF YOU EVER SAY THAT AGAIN"

Hey, I remember that tattoo on his shoulder, That was the same guy about the incident today.
