Chapter 2

- 2 Weeks later -

"Diana, You actually came to school this whole week." Jocelyn said satisfied of my action. "Yeah, I guess." I said as I shrugged back at her. "At lunch meet me in the cafeteria, okay?" Jocelyn announced before leaving to her next class. I nodded and walked away as I entered the hallway. I walked to my locker and right there the person that I wanted to see the less was standing right in front of me. "Well, Well, Well, look who we have here, Adela?" The mischievous voice said. "Get away from me Alexus. I don't want to talk to you." I said as paused right in front of her.

"Aww! Why is that Diana, huh? You don't like me?" She said sarcastically as she chuckled a laugh. I ignored her and walk right by her. "Bitch, where do you think you're going? I'm not done talking with you!" She yelled. "I never started." I said as I kept walking down the hall.

She came running behind me as she pulled me by my ponytail making me fall to the ground. "What aren't you going to get up now? You worthless bitch!" Alexus said as she kick me on my side. "O-Ouch!" I cried. "What are you going to do now, huh Diana? Your little friend Jocelyn is not here to help you, now." Adela mentioned.

I shrugged and tried to get up but it was no use. "Aww! Adela she's too weak to get up, how adorable." Alexus said as she pointed at me and swinging another kick on my side. "What a weak and pointless bitch you are!" Adela said as she started laughing.

My tears came running down my cheeks as I couldn't hold onto them any longer. "She's crying, she's really crying!" Alexus said to Adela as she teased me.

I got up with anger and ready to defend myself when Adela grabbed my arms holding me back. "Oh you're finally going to fight back?" Alexus said as she laughed.

"Don't make us laugh Diana. You're so lame and pointless!" Adela added as she laughed with Alexus. "Let go of me!" I said as I tired to lose Adela's grip on me. "You're so stupid, it makes me laugh!" Alexus said as she got closer to my face.

"You're going to pay one day for all the suffering you cause, you bitch!" I yelled at her face. She grabbed my ponytail pulling it hard with a tighten grip.

"Shut up, you stupid bitch! I don't know why you're still alive, you're just waste of space!" She shouted as she punched me right on my stomach.

I didn't say a word. I hold onto my tears as I felt the pain of her punch spread through my body and let myself fall to the ground. "Now stay in the ground where you belong! You pathetic bastard!" Alexus said as she kicked me one last time before they both walked away leavening me on the floor in pain.

I opened the front door of my house with so much pain as I made my way upstairs and into the bedroom. I sat down on the restroom floor as the tears started to roll down my cheek as I couldn't contain them any longer. My mother wasn't home and I was alone once again, just like I have been inside. I slowly got up and stand up in front of my mirror as I looked at the swollen bruise, Alexus left on me. The phone ringed. I looked at it but didn't touch it. It ringed about three more times and it stopped, I knew it was Jocelyn so I didn't bother.

A minute later my phone was exploding with text messages from her. I picked up my phone and through it across the room as the screen glass shattered on the ground. I leaned my back agents the wall as I slide down to the floor in tears. Why am I so weak? Why am I still even here?

I lift the bathroom carpet, where I hide my blades and started to cut my wrist.

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, I started counting.

6, 7, 8, 9, cut deeper into my skin. 10, I said as my blood ran free on my arm.

I closed my eyes as I fainted on the floor, too weak to stay awake any longer.
