We were eleven years old when it happened. We were at my best friend's house, her name is Diana.
We were in her bedroom, re-reading our favourite series for what seemed like the 100th time. This time it was different though.
It all started when we finished reading The Lighting Thief.
I started to feel sick, clutching my head.
I looked over to see Diana doing the same thing.
I look down to my wrist to see a golden bracelet with a tiny clock on it.
Wait a minute... where the heck did that come from!
I looked over to Diana to see that she had one too... Weird.
I touched the weird mini clock charm on my new bracelet before I was enveloped in darkness...

I woke up in the woods.
Oh and another thing too, I had no idea how I got there... or anything really.
I even felt younger if that made any sense. Which I know it doesn't.
All I remembered was my name....
Amber.
I couldn't even remember my age.
I looked beside me to see girl. She was lying down, unconscious And she seemed to be important to me in some way...
She seemed to be the same age as me... around 5 to 6 years old.
She had tanned skin, and short brown puffy hair.
I sat down on a log as I waited for her to wake up.
