Edward POV
I searched for about an hour than my stomach wouldn't stop growling so I went to a nearby cafe.
I sat down and sighed. Where could he have gone?
And what did he mean by monster? He knows he isn't a monster, right?
The waitress quickly came and took my order and I just waited. Then door to the cafe opened again.
"Anywhere available to sit?"
I knew that voice.
I whirled behind me to see Envy. A waitress showed him to an available table.
How could he not see me? Then I noticed how big the seats were compared to my height.
"Guess its good I'm so...small..."
OH MY GOD I CALLED MYSELF SMALL!!!!
I mentally smacked myself. "Focus Edward. You found Envy now go talk to him", I thought to myself.
I went over and tapped his shoulder.
" Hey!" I said. Envy looked up and his eyes widened in fear.
He was about to get up but I pushed him back into his seat.
"Hold up! I wanna talk to you" I stated.
Envy sighed and looked away. I sat across from him.
"Envy, what's this about? Why did you leave?", I asked.
"...The note explained didn't it?", Envy remarked.
" Envy please, tell me what's bothering you!", I demanded.
"I'm not talking!", he snapped as he glared at me.
" Envy, if you really are leaving me I at least wanna know why!", I stated.
"Too damn bad", Envy said.
Then I remembered something on the note. " What did you mean by being a monster?", I asked.
Envy froze and his eyes widened in complete fear and guilt.
"Envy..?" I placed a hand on his shoulder but he batted it away.
"Shut up....", he said. I looked at him confused.
" But Envy..."
"Shut up!", he repeated as he stood up.
" Shut up! Shut up! Shut up! Shut up! SHUT UP!!", he yelled as he slammed a fist onto the table.
It cracked in half and fell apart. We both stared at it in shock.
I noticed both the waitresses also stared at Envy.
Glaring at him hard she said, "How dare you, Monster!!"
Envy looked at her.
"I'm sorry I didn't mean to...."
"Monster!!", a second waitress yelled.
Envy's body trembled and without another word ran put of the cafe.
" ENVY!!", I called out.
I ran out and followed him. What the hell was going on?!
I feel so bad for putting Envy in pain. Pwease don't be mad at me. T ^ T
