Annabeth POV
Its been one day and she's been going crazy
One day without Percy felt like an eternity
"Ugh" Annabeth complained
Really, she missed him a lot and she remembered their conversation from yesterday
"Will you come back" Annabeth asked
"I hope so" Percy said
"I can't stand it, if I lose you, I'm nothing" Annabeth tried to control her tears but it failed
"I love you and I will come back" Percy wiped her tears away
"I love you too" Annabeth said
Now she was here, and she was sad
Of course her best friends, Piper, Frank, Leo, and Will were also feeling the same
Even Johnny and Kurt, two new demigods she's barely known were feeling the same way
"Hi Annabeth" Piper greeted
"Hey" Annabeth mumbled
"Oh god don't cry" Piper said as she hugged Annabeth as she started crying
Percy POV
Why was the world so cruel
Why did he have to be away from Annabeth
"Ok guys let's go" Percy told the group
Percy knew how Jason, Hazel, Calypso, and Nico felt about being on another quest again but he couldn't quite be sure about Blaine and Ash's reaction to it
"So why are on we on this quest again" Jason asked
"Something about giants" Percy answered
"You know what I'm tired of having more quests and even worse I'm away from the person I love the most" Hazel blurted out
Percy knew everyone was angry, he was too
"Look I miss Annabeth too, like crazy but we have to complete this mission" Percy assured the group
"But you don't know if we are coming back alive" Nico said
"Guys let's just stop arguing and continue" Blaine finally said
Percy just sighed, he really wished he was back home with Annabeth
