Chapter 2

Piper POV

After Annabeth broke down, she didn't think anyone else would
When she arrived at the dining hall she saw all of her friends sitting at the same table
"Hey guys" Piper said
"Oh hey" Annabeth greeted still a little shaken up
"So how are you guys" Piper asked
"Miserable" Frank replied
"Why" Piper was concered
"I miss Hazel, and everyone else its really not the same now" Frank looked down
"Me too, its super weird" Leo agreed
Piper didn't argue with that, many of them who were mostly cheerful all the time became a little more serious
"Anyways, I'm fine I guess" Will shrugged
"You miss Nico" Piper asked
"Of course" Will nodded
"I hate this, I hate not being able to talk with my boyfriend and just to feel his arms around me, I can't stand this" Kurt said
"Agreed" Will replied
Piper agreed with Kurt on that, she hated not having Jason around, it was like somone ripped a part of her out
"So will you ever come back" Piper asked the night before
"Look, I'm not sure but if I do, we will do anything you want" Jason smiled
"Promise" Piper held up her pinky
"I promise" Jason shook her pinky
"You know I love you" Piper said
"I know" Jason replied
It was definately going to be a long time

Jason POV

They hadn't encountered any danger
Not that he wanted too, but it was unusual
"How are you feeling" Jason asked Nico
"Terrible" Nico replied
"Oh" Jason said
"You" Nico asked
"I miss Piper" Jason looked up at the sky
"Will make it back" Nico assured him
"You think" Jason looked confused at Nico's positivity
"Look, if there is anything I learned is that I have to believe that everything will turn out ok"    Nico said
"I hope so" Jason sighed
"Just trust me ok" Nico told him
"Fine only because you asked me too" Jason laughed half heartdly
Nico smiled
Maybe, he was right, he will come back alive
